From the moment I walked in, I knew that I was going to be recovering quickly because of all the machines that this facility had for my rehabilitation. Kellie is my therapist and she is amazing, she is very knowledgeable and definitely pushes me but not to the point that I am in pain. I am 2 weeks ahead of schedule from my goals that Dr. Eno set for me. I will definitely refer this facility and Kellie to anyone who needs rehab.

I was really looking forward to physical therapy, to help with an injury, however when I arrived…read morefor my first visit, I entered a cramped little lobby where a patient was pacing (pushing by me at every pass) while I gave the clerk my ID & insurance information. This pacing patient, was wearing a Covid mask, but only below his nose, and the exercise bike adjacent to my seat in the waiting room had another patient huffing and puffing on me while he conducted his therapy. When I asked the pacing patient to please pace outside or have a seat, he threatened to "hurt me", all while staff looked on bewildered doing nothing, and the peddling patient yelled, "stop being paranoid brah, you go outside"! Staff did absolutely nothing and said absolutely nothing while I was threatened with violence, and demeaned for my "paranoia" which might stem from the fact that my hanai mother just died from Covid two days ago. (or prevailing medical evidence) Avoid Elite Physical Therapy like the plague. (or you'll likely pick it up there)

I've been going here for years. YEARS!…read more The first PT was nice, friendly, but terribly antisemitic -- once she discovered I was Jewish, she refused to look me in the eye. Turns out the owner, Tiffany, hates Jews and feels comfortable discriminating against them. I have cancer -- hence the need for the PT. In spite of working with multiple PT's because they all left during to Tiffany's terrible management and treatment of her staff, I was shifted to a location over 40 minutes away (for a 40 minute session). I explained it would be difficult for me to make this commute, but I tried. The former location was literally across the street from my home. So, my daughter was sick & I missed a session. I needed to rush her to the ER & wasn't focused on a PT appointment an hour away. When I next showed up the following week, I was told I was no longer welcomed to the practice. Because I missed one session in 2 years. This is a racist group of humans who do not truly care about helping others heal. I would NEVER recommend anyone go here. Debbie @ the kulamalu front desk is awesome. Seriously, look anywhere else that you can. And God bless you.

Sacha fixed me. Literally…read more I had injured my knee playing volleyball, and waited too long to get surgery. As a result, all my muscles adjusted to the damaged knee, and rather than recovering following the surgery, it got worse. I went from playing two-man beach volleyball multiple times per week, to not being able to walk a mile without significant pain. I put on weight, got sedate, got depressed, and was generally in a crappy place. I tried a number of things to get better - physical therapy, massage, acupuncture, but nothing made much of a difference. Finally, I decided to try rolfing, and was introduced to Sacha. She has a defined regimen which sequentially targets different areas of the body. About the fourth one in, she hit my quads and adductors. When I got off the table, I immediately felt the difference. The next day, I went on a five-mile hike - completely pain free. She had worked the muscles loose from their incorrect positions, and got them back to where they naturally needed to be. Never before have I felt such a profound effect from a single session of anything. With no hyperbole, I can unequivocally state that Sacha fixed me when many others had tried and been unsuccessful. I am back to playing volleyball, and regaining an active lifestyle - and I've lost 40 lbs.
