The therapist took me to a modest room with no equipment, I received a very brief exam, He touched my back twice very lightly. he did not actually even look at my back under my shirt. Had me do two press ups on the table and sent me home. No massage, no TENS, no ultrasound, no ice, not even a back care handout. NOTHING! The only physio equipment I saw in the main room was a stationary bike. No bands, no weights, no balls, no stairs, no low tables to do therapy on, just a bike. So, if you've never had PT before you won't know what you're missing here. They we're nice, but that is not actual physical therapy. I deeply resented having to pay for nothing.

I've worked with Prajna, Micha, Kathy, and a couple other therapists at this clinic. All of them do a great job!! Prajna is helping me manage my fibromyalgia pain with hands on work, mild workout moves, aqua therapy, and cupping therapy. She's able to apply the perfect pressure where I'm able to get relief like I've never had before! I highly recommend her if you have fibromyalgia or want to prevent surgery. Micah has helped me build muscle, gave me workouts for at home / the gym, and helped me push my limits. Kathy is pretty new - she has given me great advice to strengthen my posture and taught me moves to manage my troubled areas. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY!! I had a few friends…read morerecommend therapeutic associates because i have had on and off shoulder pain for as long as i can remember but this time, it's been constant pain since may. After having one MRI done on my shoulder and finding out there could be a "possible" tear, i tried doing the PT on my own but it obviously wasn't working. That's when i decided to give real PT a try and i am SOOOO glad i did. Lee has made my shoulder feel the best it has in months. Altho i felt i was doing better, he knew something else was wrong there and asked my orthopedic dr to take another look at the MRI because he felt like i wasn't progressing. Thank God for that because i had another MRI done and found out that i have TWO tears. Which is why i was not progressing to Lee's standards. Now that we know what's going on, we can progress from there. I plan to have surgery done and look forward to going back to PT with Lee once that's done with. Under his care, I know i will be good as NEW in no time!!!

We ended PT at 1 because she seemed to be walking okay and developing fine. At her 2yr old doctor apt, her dr was concerned about her walking again so we started PT again. This was our first time at their clinic location. I am speechless. We had already LOVED Amy Peterson when she was our home visit PT, but being able to see her work with Zha Zha at the clinic was AMAZING. They are soooo good with kids and the place is exceptionally clean, sanitized and organized. Every single piece of equipment is wiped down after every child uses it. This is very important to someone like me who still has anxiety about Covid and having a young child. I was put to ease when I saw the procedures and how serious they take cleanliness. The location is pretty hard to find but it's in the same parking lot as Brigit&Bernard cafe and there is ample parking. I highly highly recommend this therapist office. Bonus: they are even helping the less fortunate by collection food and slippers at the front door.
