That said, the clinic environment itself has been very challenging for me. The lighting is quite bright, and the space can be noisy and overstimulating. As someone who is neurodivergent and sensitive to light, this makes sessions feel overwhelming at times. I wanted to share this because the quality of care is excellent, but the sensory environment may be difficult for others with similar sensitivities. Some adjustments to lighting or quieter spaces could make a big difference. Overall, I'm grateful for my therapist, but I hope the clinic considers ways to improve the environment for patients who need a lower-stimulation setting. I think it's time to change offices patients are not taking into consideration with overly bright artificial lighting.

Imua Physical Therapy is phenomenal!!!! I'm there for a knee ailment and they assessed me and then began introducing exercises that are incredibly helping my knee pain. I expressed I didn't want to do too much twisting regarding my knee and Alex EASILY modified my exercises with exercises that has significantly improved my knee strength, legs strength and all regions of my legs and core. They clearly know what they're doing, you just have to express any concerns and they will present you with exercises that will greatly improve your strength and health. They will ask you how you feel and if you have any concerns of pain or discomfort AND they will modify exercises to help you build strength and muscle without hesitation.
