We coordinated by text, as she usually only has a group session if there are at least 2-3 participants. (My group session as a visitor was $20 for an hour). We met at a secluded beach in Waimea and only had to bring beach towels. She gave us useful tips on how to yoga without getting sand all over. The class was suitable for any level, as it was a gentle, flow style yoga. The point is to be in sync with the ocean, learn some Hawaiian, and just feel your toes in the sand. Mahalo, Candy!

I have been going for a couple months now and it is the highlight of my day and my week. "Moderate yoga" is how she advertises- and I would say that's very accurate.
