Uh, actually you arent. You have almost if not just as much square footage as some of the other stores in your brand. No, maybe you arent as big as the Lenox Square location, but you are just as big as the location at Atlantic Station or Cobb Galleria. That being said, I had a $10 coupon to use, and was in Douglasville for a house party for the Falcons game, and just a few days before I received an email that showed a promotion of Buy one Pink NFL item, and receive a NFL Bling tee for $15. If you know the Victoria Secrets brand, then you know that the Bling items can be pricey. The NFL Bling tees, range in price of about $30-40 for a t-shirt, so to get one for $15 actually is a deal, I had viewed the website before, and saw one regular shirt on there for $20 that I likes, so, I stood the chance of making off with over $60 in t-shirts for $35. I like those kinds of promos. So, I went in and couldn't find any of the college branded items or NFL items, and I inquired where they were located in the store, and was told that they didn't carry those items because they are a smaller store. I was thinking, really, no one in Douglasville cheers for the Falcons, and then she advised me to go to Town Center, which has to be about at least 40 mins away, and then when I stated I wasn't driving 40 minutes away to buy Falcon's t-shirts she shrugged walked away from me and said, well, we have a smaller PINK section than the other stores, so we don't carry those items here. Kaylee came over, greeted me with a beautiful smile, and asked what I was looking for, when I told her that I didn't see it, and that it must be available online only, she immediately asked me to pull up what I was looking for and that she would see if they had it in stock, and you guessed it, they did, she lead me right to it, helped me pick the colors, and gave me some other options (all the while, assisting other customers) on one of their busiest days. I didn't feel rushed or like she was overwhelmed. I really appreciate her, and the team that seemed to work together to make sure everyone was being assisted.

I went on the first weekend of December and they had a huge selection of winter coats at amazing prices. I got 2 really cute items, a Kenneth Cole jacket for $70 and an awesome pair of yoga pants (these chains have THE BEST prices on women's workout clothes, if you didn't already know). I'll definitely swing by here not around the holidays and update regarding their selection. Store was nice, clean, what you would expect. Everyone was friendly.

There was just nothing really exciting to purchase except a really nice mini strainer that I have been wanting to purchase for a while. It was perfect but not very exciting. It is always a bad sign when you walk into a clothing store and find yourself wandering around the kitchen and household areas just looking at random items. Their stock is just terribly diminished. I understand that everyone is transitioning to spring at this point but, it should be a smooth transition with stock being delivered weekly. They had several very large tables that I initially thought were for sale, (because they were empty), but soon realized that they were actually large, empty display tables that were on wheels. Uggh! Oh well, It's a nice time to impose some self-discipline. In a few weeks, I am sure they will be well stocked for spring. **If you are in need of kitchen or bedroom items, you will be fine. Otherwise you will need to wait a bit longer for inventory to arrive.

The men's dressing room was a little hard to find and like most clothing stores was primarily tailored towards women, but for 6/7ish on a Saturday ever customer service desk had someone behind it. Everyone was very friendly which you do not see a lot, especially in in the mall department stores. I checked out some other clothes, a lot were what I would consider overpriced.
