Came to my scheduled…read moreinstall, unprepared, with 1 man to move heavy rolls of carpet up 3 flights of stairs and made many excuses why they couldn't install. They cut all the carpet wrong and then didn't have large enough pieces to complete the job. Then they tried to dump the unusable carpet on me after I had paid for it. When that didn't work, they claimed the carpet was defective. I had to move all the furniture in my house three times to accommodate their incompetence. The salesperson Kerri lied about our agreement and the owner Kevin did not back up his contract to complete the job. They wanted to deliver the bad carpet and walk away after they cut it in small pieces. Unbelievable! Also blamed thier installer for problems the business created. Do not trust them with your project. You will by buying months of headaches.
