I had purchased a UV Light/water filter, Water Softener over a year ago and After a year the UV light requires the bulb to be changed. I called them up and Cory came over right away with a new UV light and changed my filter. I recently Called to have them service our water system due to VERY low water pressure; they were able to come the same day and identified it was the Pressure tank bladder. Clearly explained what was going on and fixed the issue promptly along with removing the mixing water value and now I have added water pressure. They have also found out the root cause of water coming from my furnace and cleaned out the condensation pump saving me money on purchasing a new one. Cory Frank and Arlene has gone ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations and I will be using them again. I would personally recommend them to anyone especially those living in the country with well water. I found myself in dire straits when I discovered my Septic system was malfunctioning on Christmas Eve. I called the emergency service lines for most of the major outfits that service the Brockville/Smith Falls corridor. I explained that I had a houseful of relatives coming to celebrate the first Christmas in my new home (an older farmhouse north of Brockville) I felt desperate and despair when I realized I had to cancel Christmas as I had no working toilets, sink or showers. Most of the services stated they could not send anyone for several days. Later that afternoon got a call back from Sheldon Pilatzke, who patiently listened to my situation and started to help me troubleshoot the situation.
