This is for the deli only. I'm so aggravated with the deli here. They really need to have more employees working there. Waited and felt like an idiot while employees kept walking by me and no one offered to help. Getting any hot items is like an act of god. Self checkout is great and super helpful so there is that. read more

This Publix market store has team members who are incredibly rude and quick to dismiss you. I've never experienced this type of consistent bad behavior in a grocery store. This behavior happened today on July 12th while asking the stocker (cheese display by the deli) in the morning a question and she walked away from me with a disgusted look. This happens more often than it should. The managers seem pleasant with greetings but the morale with their team members at this Publix must be rather low. read more

Stopped in here to grab some Orange Juice for my baby girl. She was so good at the outing today and requested it so I had to stop in here and grab some. It was an in and out trip but like every Publix I've been in, this one was clean and organized. When I was ready to check out, I didnt even have to wait! There were plenty of registers open and I got serviced immediately! read more

Not the super high-and grocery store, but has everything that you need. We absolutely love the fried chicken here.

Never disappointed with what I've gotten here. Prices for groceries & produce are cheaper than most grocers I've been to. The bakery is my favorite part. The cookies, cakes, and other treats are heavenly. Everyone must go now and try the cinnamon bun with cream cheese. Just throw it in the microwave for a few seconds first ;) Every worker I've encountered is super friendly and the store is clean. The set-up is large & easy to navigate compared to other publix I've been to. read more

Been going here for years. Friendly staff and helpful. Love the sushi, subs. and cinnamon buns from bakery. I also use the pharmacy which is great. No long lines. Convenient to get food and drugs. Asian buffet is wonderful! read more

The store is clean and the assortment is good. The deli department had great service. Upon checking out yesterday, I was in the middle of a conversation between the bagging lady and the lady who was the cashier about a home remodel. They threw my groceries in the bags and just pushed my cart forward. I thought the bagger was going to ask if I needed help with the large amount of groceries I had. Nothing though. Prices here are very very high, and I felt as though I was bothering them. I expect better customer service. I'll just head to Fresh Market next time. read more

The lines are long. They don't open lanes when it's busy. People will cut you off to get in line in front of you.

A new remodel did this Publix good! I grew up going to this store before the one at Marsh Landing Parkway. And my loyalties were strong since I worked at that one as a teenager. But when this store reopened the day after we returned from our vacation, my husband insisted I must try it out. It's gorgeous! The store is definitely bigger. The checkout area is roomier (the old one was so cramped) and they have all new specialty sections: cheese, wine, chinese hot bar, soup bar, olive bar, salad bar and entertaining planning. And now a pharmacy. The pharmacy at Marsh Landing was one of the other reasons that kept me loyal. When I can walk across the street - which I opt to do when it isn't too cold - and have a shopping experience that I LOVE, I wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

I love my new Publix! I still split my time between my local Publix and Winn Dixie, because I LOVE the competition between the two. Last time Winn Dixie remodeled, it was shortly followed by Publix doing a complete face lift, and guess what? Winn Dixie is now remodeling, yet once again. Got to love it! Anyway, back to my Publix review. I love the new open and fresh layout and all the new wine selections. I also like their deli, bakery and ready to go cooked food. The mojo pork is to die for, it almost gives that Cuban mother of mine a run for her money. Anyway, if you haven't visited, try it. It's worth the adventure. :-) read more

This Publix is the largest one I have ever visited. They have about twice the product selections as the one that's a bit closer to our home. I had at least 4 employees ask me if I needed help finding anything and one pointed out one is the BOGOs for the day. They have an entire section for imported cheeses and offer complimentary wine tastings/pairings. It's an extra 5 minute drive for us but I think it's worth it. read more

Not a fan! As a Mid Atlantic gal who frequented Wegmans, Publix doesn't hold a candle! I moved to PV and only hoped Publix was a market I could embrace! NO WAY! Not even close to Wegmans or Giant, both of the supermarkets I frequented! The prepared foods are subpar, the fresh produce is poor and very over priced, and there is NOT the varied selection of grocery items I am used to! Also, there are very very few healthy items! Only two redeeming factors...the customer service is very good, and love wine sold in the store! Of course, I don't have a choice ( will go to Trader Joes and Fresh Market more), but very disappointed! Oh well! read more

PUBLIX - WHERE SHOPPING REALLY IS A PLEASURE I asked my husband what he thought of Publix. And he was quick to respond. "One of the best things about living in Florida." I agree with him. We go back a long way with Publix - 40+ years - ever since we moved to Florida. Like an old married couple - we've been through good times - e.g., fun holiday shopping and our "Pilgrim" salt/pepper shakers - bad times - e.g., when we were hit by Hurricane Andrew in Miami and the Publix we shopped at was decimated - and just changing times. When we first moved to this area 20 years ago - this was the only Publix location in the immediate area. It was kind of drab and dingy. I felt like an old lady shopping there. Then the Marsh Landing Parkway Publix opened . Much newer and nicer - and about the same distance away from us as the Sawgrass store - it quickly became our preferred Publix. And stayed our preferred Publix for a long time. In 2013 - Publix gave this location a total facelift. And wow - what a difference. From dowager to debutante. The store is cleaner - brighter - more modern and a heck of a lot more fun place to shop. The renovation was completed about a year ago - and now we're regular customers. No discussion of Publix would be complete without mentioning its employees. Sometimes - when you deal with them - no matter what location you're talking about - and compare them to employees in some other local establishments - you wonder what secret labor pool Publix is using that other employers can't access. Because the employees are that terrific - so much better than average. But then you get some clues. For example - the manager at this location is a long time Publix employee who used to work in "corporate" in Lakeland. He came back to this area - his home town - because - as he approached retirement - he wanted to be closer to family and return to managing a store and interacting with the public. Would be ever think of leaving Publix? Not in a million years. And then there are the thousands of young people in Florida who get their start in the working world at Publix. . Most quietly learn how to be responsible employees. Although a few do get famous. If only for 15 minutes. Who can forget this year's Florida/Georgia game? Which led to this headline in the Washington Post: "Florida's Publix bag boy scores on trick play as Gators upset Georgia". It's also hard to ignore the employment opportunities Publix extends to people with various forms of handicaps/disabilities. It's part of a great corporate culture - and Publix was doing it long before it became fashionable to do so. And what about us customers. How do we get treated? Always very well IMO. Whether you're talking about having someone helping you to the car with your groceries. Being able to check out relatively quickly even the day before Christmas (when everyone in the store who isn't doing something else - except maybe the pharmacist - is manning a cash register). Or finding a lot of the things you need for seasonal events/holidays on sale or on BOGOs at just the right time (sweet potatoes at Thanksgiving - collards and black eyed peas for the New Year). I could go on - but I think you get the idea. I love Publix. And wish everything else here was half as good. Robyn read more

They have lamb bellies. Now most publix stores don't have the bellies that I was looking for. But, Mr. Tim Thomson (the meat manager) carries them most of the time. The store is still really new and has all the new jump up and down features. The aisle are wide and always stocked. The place is always immaculate also. Stopped by the Sawgrass Publix today. Very disappointed in the deli. Certainly not up to par with the other Publix's.

This is the best Publix I have been in so far. I love the deli area. They did a really good job on the remodel. I wish it were closer to my house! (i guess i could always move to sawgrass!) read more
