This Publix is very difficult to Shop in. To start the parking here is about half the size it should be to accommodate such a large store. I will say the selection here is good and being that it is a large location it is almost to be expected. I found trying to navigate through the isles of this store nearly impossible, they are small and comparing it to other Publix this one is in complete disarray! The Lines here at 1pm in the afternoon we're off the charts; I'm not just referring to the checkout lines either. Long lines for the Bakery, Deli, food service area and generally everything! Even the Produce isle was so backed up you just had to stand there and wait to make your selections! This place is cramped and just too small to accommodate the amount of people flowing in and out of this location. The checkout lines, only 3 open out of the 12 or so they actually have. Meanwhile angry customers are trying to race each other to which ever line is the shortest! Last and certainly not least why in the world would the have all of the shopping isles in a Zig zag layout? Would it not be better to have all the isles starting and stopping in uniformity? This way you could actually read the marquise at the beginning of each and you would be able to see what was actually down each shopping lane?

This place is a madhouse. This store is ALWAYS jam packed and don't get me started on the parking lot. The employees here are nice, it's just the people that shop here are either rude, arrogant or unapologetic when they almost hit you with their cart because they're such in a rush. Also, compared to other Publix stores the prices here are much higher. Also, I don't see as many sales (buy 1 get 1 ~ BOGO) that some of the other Publix offer. If they do have them, you can never concentrate on finding them because you're so busy navigating the isles. It's very frustrating to come here that I avoid the place and resort going to Walmart. Next summer there will be a Walmart across the street...I can't wait!

When I…read moresay farm fresh, I mean straight-from-the-farm fresh -- and they truly support local farmers. The produce section is always piled high with the most beautiful displays of fruits and vegetables. They make fresh salsa in-house, have an entire area of fresh fruit (even a station where you can core your own pineapple!), and offer some of the freshest seafood and meats around. The deli is just as impressive, with sandwiches, soups, and salads -- and you can have a sandwich made exactly how you like it. There's even a cheese bar where they sample specialty cheeses. Around special occasions like Valentine's Day, you'll find them hand-dipping chocolate-covered strawberries and offering samples. Their bakery is incredible. Everything is made from scratch -- the cinnamon rolls are absolutely amazing, and we love the cookies and cakes. They bake their own bread and even make their own donuts. From the produce to the meat department to the bakery, everything at Detwiler's is truly top-notch. They also have an ice cream counter featuring homemade Yoder's ice cream. You can grab a sundae, milkshake, or even an açai bowl while you're there. Yes, it's always busy -- but somehow the checkout lines move quickly every single time. They are incredibly efficient, and the staff is some of the friendliest and most helpful you'll find anywhere. The store is beautifully decorated, with each department thoughtfully themed. They play uplifting Christian music throughout the store, and no matter how crowded it gets, it's always a pleasant experience. People are genuinely smiling -- even the shoppers seem happy to be there. If you're visiting from out of town, Detwiler's is a must-stop. And if you're local, it deserves a permanent spot on your weekly shopping list. Decor, quality, service -- it's a 10 out of 10 every time.

This comes with a generous amount of Mrs. Goldfarb's Unreal Deli Turkey, vegan bacon (brand known), and vegan cheese (I think it was Chao) chopped and sprinkled throughout the salad. I also had vegan ranch on the side. So good and great price for the large portion. Ended up eating this for two meals. Describing this makes me crave another one! And as I stroll the aisles of goods, I think about the true meaning of Thanksgiving which is but a week away. Apparently there are people coming to see, so I'm the cook again, which is fine by me, but I live with the animals and they're allergic to everything that moves and I'm not sure what they're thinking but I agreed anyway. Maybe with my spiked cider they'll loosen up enough for the annual touch football game - "Red 13! Green 84 hut - hut - hike!! Go long, buttonhook around the donkey stalls"! So I'll return for pumpkin pie, and cranberry sauce, I do hope this is the year that I open the can on time. I'm just not sure if its sold here, or if they have a turkey even - as I left without my list. Tom Turkey (or Tina) has a two day spices citrus brine ice bath to be plunged down into the awaiting five gallon pail. Or perhaps I'll just stick an apple up it's butt and serve it raw, I mean, what's a little salmonella between friends? This should be interesting.
