This is specifically for the pharmacy. Pros - easy to order prescription refills and pay on the app, friendly enough workers Con - my prescriptions were set and stored on the floor where people walk. This is unsanitary and not a healthy practice. I already gave them this feedback and will not return to this location because of it. If I have to teach healthcare workers about why this is unhealthy, they have lost my trust. I hope my feedback results in healthier practices for prescription storage moving forward. read more

I like my local Publix. The people who work there are friendly, not fake. They speak to you, and they are helpful. And the store is "spic & span" clean. I went today to do my minimal TG shopping. They make the best Key Lime pies, but I just looked at the pies today. And I bought the nicest standing rib roast for one. They cut it special for me because I am high maintenance , and all of their roasts were big - for people with people. I've heard it said that therapy is a good grocery store, and I believe that's true. My Publix is therapy for me. read more

I love Publix overall, and I always like being in a state that has them. This one was pretty average. I went there my first evening just to get a couple of things I didn't have on hand. The store was pretty disorganized and they were out of a lot of items. The produce was super expensive. I found the same items for over half the price just a few likes away. No one seemed like they really wanted to assist when I was looking for an item, but I did see some very helpful employees for others in the deli and bakery. I would go back for their service level. I endure the most unpleasant experience at Publix Supermarket Santa Rosa Beach florida (850--267--0582), called them to make sure certain everyday item was available, spoke to Jason, just asked him to please make the effort for someone to order merchandise. Jason's response was "Why would I do that?" I replied "Because I'm the customer and the customer is always right". Jason's attitude and demeanor was absolutely unpleasant, unacceptable, and abrasive. I was in Publix on NYE and was shocked and disappointed that almost 1/2 of the customers weren't wearing masks. There is a clear sign on the door that states, "Masks Required". When I asked the check out guy what he thought about people not following the requirement, he said he wished they would. I really like this Publix and it is one of my favorites in the area. I enjoy the $5 sushi Wednesday's. Staff are friendly and helpful. This Publix store was my second home while on vacation. Each time I stopped , every employee was helpful, friendly, and left me smiling to the exit. Ronnie in the bakery went the extra mile for my son's birthday cake. He called another store to locate a paw patrol topper and handled the logistics to get it to the store by the next day . Five star experience for a grocery store. Only minus is that they close their doors too early. :) Friendly staff throughout store and at the register. Got in the line for 10 items or less and waited less than 1 minute. Affordable items on the school supply aisle as that was our destination. Half of the workers are not wearing masks. They have a recording in the store about how everyone is required to wear masks. Obviously the store manager is not enforcing their own rules. A lot of customers aren't wearing masks. It's really not a safe place to shop during a pandemic. read more

My girlfriend and I stopped off to pick up a few items for our camping trip and let me say there customer service was phenomenal. One of my biggest pet peeves is asking someone where something is and they don't know. I had asked this lady where batteries were and with no hesitation she let me know they were on aisle 9. The 2 women working at the Pharmacy on Jan 2, 2017 are the worst customer service people. They seriously need to go to a customer service training class. I was sick and picking up my scripts. This is the Publix by which I judge all other Publix. Staff is very friendly, especially at the bakery. Selection is excellent, they pack a lot into a store with a fairly small footprint. If you are staying anywhere on 30A, don't bother with the stuff on 98. I definitely recommend getting the chocolate-dipped cheesecake from the bakery. The manager at this store is doing something right! I went in around 10:00 and noticed the parking lot was empty, so I asked a young man who was gathering carts if they were open and he politely said, Yes, they were. I had several employees come to me and ask me if they could help me find anything while shopping. At 11:05 the manger came and politely told me (after asking if he could help me with anything) that they closed at 10:00! I, of course hurriedly finished my shopping. I have never been in a grocery store where everyone in the store, especially at closing time, was so friendly. Honestly, they treated me like royalty. The lady in the bakery offered me a sample of the best cranberry walnut bread ever. She was so sweet and friendly. This store is ran the way every business should be ran. One had been in the bathroom for over 15 minutes (showed up talking on her phone and avoiding eye contact with costumer. Lucy finally arrived and then helped a customer that came after. Normally, I love coming to this store. They usually have the best cuts of meat and freshest produce. However, today I was less than impressed when a cashier challenged my ability to read. I went to buy some soap, simple, easy, and to my delight the soap that I wanted read "10 for $10.00". There were many scents by this same brand and many scents by another brand with the same signs by each. I proceeded to grab 10 soaps (not actually necessary, you can buy 5 and they still honor the price, usually). Upon reaching the cashier and double checking my receipt, I noticed they were ringing up $2.49 each. I asked the cashier and she said it was the "Dial" soaps only. I thought I may have been wrong, so I hurriedly ran back to the isle to grab the sign with the label that said "Softsoap". I brought it back to her and she said, "Well, if you READ, then you'd see it's not the right soap." The bottles of the brand "Softsoap" were the wrong size bottles and not the ones on the deal. However, they were the only ones in the front, and for the next 6 rows. The soaps that were on special were against the wall in the very back with a gap between the incorrect size. If that had been the end of it, or if she had said it in a non-degrading tone I would not have been as upset. She proceeded to try and instigate an argument with me over the signage of the soaps in question. I only grabbed the soaps because it was a decent deal and I could use them at my restaurant. She was the only line open and I did not want to delay the other customers further so I offered to go back and exchange them for the correct kind, she informed my boyfriend and myself that we would be moved to the customer service line. I was completely offended by how she treated me, over the fact that whomever stocked the shelves, stocked them improperly. Not her fault at all, but the way she spoke to me was demeaning and inappropriate. Then once I finally found some of the correct soaps and changed out the ones that were stocked improperly, I went to the customer service cashier. She proceeded to ask me what had happened, and I did not want to engage simply because I was already offended by how the cashier had been speaking to me. I was talking in a hushed tone, to my boyfriend, at how exasperated I was about how I was spoken to by the previous cashier. The customer service cashier, Olivia, interrupted me and said, "Don't talk about my co-workers, she wasn't rude to you." I work in customer service, and that is the last thing you say to someone who is already upset about how they are being treated. Now I will get to my appearance. I was wearing sweat pants and a sweat shirt. I was not in my usual going shopping attire, and I know that this appearance had a direct effect on how I was treated. Had I adorned my Prada purse and Chanel stilettos, I would have been promptly greeted by a manager and probably been given the soaps at which price they were advertised. So, normally I am very pleased with the selection and proper stocking and advertising of products at this Publix, however today I was degraded and embarrassed by not one, but two cashiers simply because the shelves were improperly stocked. I usually spend thousands of dollars every year at this location, I will not be back. read more
