Pharmacy staff are actually happy to see you, very helpful and a HUGE plus, my prescriptions are actually significantly cheaper. This was my first visit so my expectations weren't very high. I was SUPER excited to have my insurance verified and my scripts ready in LESS than 5 minutes. I was in shock and disbelief. The pharmacist was EXTREMELY nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I'm immune compromised, so that fact that EVERY pharmacist had a tight fitting, properly worn mask was a HUGE plus and made me feel so much more comfortable. I highly recommend King's Pharmacy over any pharmacy, especially Walgreens.

Today, 7/13/22, I picked up my CVS First aid item for $3 off and, by buying additional first aid items (up to $12 or more), I earned $3. I picked up some vitamins, and with my extra care pass ($60 a year for $10 saving each month on ANYTHING), I also got 20% off my 3 CVS items. I had $5 extra rewards for filling 10 prescriptions, and I had my $10 monthly care pass savings, so my total bill was only $6.12. THIS is why I shop at CVS - good products and great prices & rewards!

The young girl I spoke to was super sweet so she's not the issue. It's the older lady the younger girl went to ask for advice that is the issue. She refused to even get up from her seat and proceeded to yell questions at me from her chair half way towards the back of the pharmacy. Asking if I had been to a dr, I replied not yet and she promptly said there was nothing they could do other than for me to take ibuprofen or Advil. Needless to say I turned away practically in tears and went to try and find some kind of patch I could put on my back to help with the pain. Someone really needs to train her to have some compassion for people who are in pain.

After a disagreement he started yelling in a language I didn't understand but after giving me the middle finger 4 times in front of his staff and customers I said, "Oh I get what your saying now try it in English." Long story short he has been filling controlled substances to my wife for years to me. He is required for every controlled substances to ask for ID. Never once do he ask me and for all he knows I could have been selling them in the streets. We get in an argument about the price of the drugs and he refuses to fill the script. After having him cuss me out and giving me the middle finger 4 times I leave. I go to Walgreens with the script and they not only asked for ID but called my wife's doctor and my wife. I didn't mind, I was treated with respect. The script was filled and the next thing I get home and my wife is in tears because this jerk threatened to call the Dea on her!!! She had a valid script and he is the one the Dea needs to talk to. You can't fill a controlled substance script without proper authentication and he is the one the Dea needs to look into. I filed a complaint with the bbb and his stores website. My review disappeared within hours. Beware of this guy. Could be part of something nefarious?
