Store is bright, clean & looks welcoming! I came here because my local Publix did not have three months of my prescription. They filled it immediately! That is a tremendous service since I am leaving on vacation soon. I did not buy food while I was here, since I was on the way to a medical appointment. But everything in the produce department looked fresh and inviting. I did use a BOGO coupon for two hallmark cards. I don't mean to be disloyal to my Hallmark store, but I'm here and I needed the cards. The staff here is supportive and efficient. If I am ever in the area, I would not hesitate to come here. This is about the liquor store at the Publix on 19 & Alderman Rd in Palm Harbor The store & restroom were so shiny & clean!! The floors were shining, the bathroom was sparkling. The whole store smelled so fresh & clean! A HUGE shout out to the store associate KEN!!! He was so nice & pleasant!!!! He even took time to take a picture of us with the Jack Daniels statue!!! Stopped in to this Publix on 1/28/22 to pick up some items for dinner (i am from out of town) and I was pleased with how open and bright the place was. It was also very clean and organized. Since I only had a few items and didn't want to wander the store, I was directed to a few of the less obvious items by someone stocking the shelves. Made a quick trip of it, and also grabbed a couple of fresh sandwiches, which were excellent. read more

Nice, large Publix located near Earth Origins and Sonny's Barbecue. It's not the easiest complex to get into, but it's still quite nice. Stopped here on the way home after eating at Sonnys. Grabbed ourselves some essential things. The store is no longer requiring that you follow one way arrows on the ground, which is fine, but most people are still wearing masks (Good). This Publix is located in the northeast corner of the intersection of USHwy 19 and Curlew Rd. in Palm Harbor. It's in the same corner where Sonny's is located. This store seems extra large in proportions. It was clean and the employees were friendly. It's always a bit difficult to find what you want when you walk into an unfamiliar Publix because they are all laid out differently. I like Publix. I mean every store has a little something wrong with it, but there's really not too much wrong here. Sometimes they run out of chicken wings later in the evening. That's fine, I'll take that occasional inconvenience over the tremendous satisfaction I get from shopping here. The Seabreeze plaza Publix has a very large parking lot, it's easy to navigate. The bakery, of course is fantastic, my only complaint is that they don't have yo-yos regular purchase. I know I can pre-order them but usually I'm here in the moment just looking for a couple, not a whole tray. The store is clean and large and bright. Staff are always polite and the shopping carts are always clean and roll smoothly. Sushi Wednesday always has a fully stocked cooler and a lot of choose from. The cashiers always oblige our small talk about the tabloid headlines and the deli never seems to have too long of a wait. These are my experiences and realize not everyone has this experience. I've been shopping at this Publix for about 8 years now and is a consistently good experience. read more

Inventory fills in what I can't get at my Caladesi Publix 1.3 miles from my home! It also has it's own weekly specials like all Publix stores. This particular store is a full service store, great pharmacy, super deli, and excellent butchers who will special cut anything you desire! As mentioned the biggest attraction to me is the inventory. As I know what my neighbor store sells, I will just run up the street 2 miles to this store andusually find something specific. I don't blame Publix at all for the shelving strategy. Most locals and snowbirds will go here. We have a lot more tourists hitting our Caladesi store. NMo matter what, the service and quality remains the same. I must admit the parking at this location is a lot less "aggressive!" Always check your sales brochure as you come into any Publix store. ;-P read more

Publix .... Do better! Your sub station is always a mess. When I order my sub online, the team is waiting until the due time no matter if they are busy or not. Today I watched them take walk up after walk up simply because the system automatically gave a 30 minute wait time. If you're not busy, and the online order came up, make the sub!!! read more

This place is great! It's big and well thought out. Has a great flow about it. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would be our regular PUBLIX but we have to pass 3 PUBLIXS just to get to it. It is our PUBLIX to go to if we are out and about after hitting up our butcher. read more

Couldn't find anybody at the deli. Several employees watched me walk around the deli looking for assistance and never offered to help. They were busy doing their own project and couldn't be bothered to assist with a customer. I visit a publix store everyday and I was not happy with the lack of service provided. Had to flag somebody to help me and then they had to find somebody else, to find somebody else. I left very unsatisfied. read more

Left without buying anything. The cashier called me a lier because I wanted the price of an item honored. The MOD backed her up saying that I took it from a different shelf to get a better price. When I asked for his nam he refused but offered up the name of the GM that would be back in 3 days. What a joke. Never again. This isn't my favorite Publix, parking here is always a problem....and getting in and out of their parking lot requires u-turns. I think they have way too many things going on in this plaza. The store has a different set up than the one down the street...I also think it's a smaller store, that might be the problem. read more

Love this store. My daughter's preschool class had a field trip here, and each department had something special to show them. All of the employees were fantastic. They showed the kids how to core a pineapple, how to package meat, a tour of the bakery and deli, and then let them check out some groceries on the scanner. Lots of fun for them! I am always very impressed with the produce section of this store as well. Everything is clean and fresh, and there is always an employee on hand in this section to help with selections or separating packages. Many other stores the produce section is not staffed like the deli or meat counter, but I always find someone to help me here. read more

This store is just up the street from my home. Unlike others that may be almost as close, I'll always come here. The staff is always so attentive. I go to Publix Super Markets by default. In my area there aren't many options and there are so many of them that the convenience factor wins out all the time. I have not been unhappy with them though. The deli section is my life savor and the quality of the ingredients beats any fast food version hands down. The selection at the store is also good. The produce has not always been so great but then again I'm not a big produce person...so it goes. Plus they carry my favorite hot sauce which, in darker times, was very hard to find. read more

I personally love the service at Publix. They are true BOGOs where they don't jack the price up and then offer the BOGO, like some other grocery stores do. "Publix, where shopping is a pleasure", has been their motto forever. And for the most part it is true. The bigger the store, the larger the assortment of products. The small stores have only the top selling brands. I love their BOGO's, when I can't find something and ask a sales person, they will take me to the item or find out if they carry the product. If they are out of the product they will check in back and if there is none in storage, they will suggest a rain check. Staffs are friendly and helpful and appear to be eager to be there. Also a large Greenwise selection, quality meats and bakery. I am a regular customer for Publix for years. I love the place and the staff. Great service great people quality products. This is more than an average grocery store. read more

I have never felt the need to write a review of Publix but they came through the other day and deserve some cudo's. I went in the other night to pick up a few things for dinner that we didn't have at home. I bought 2 salads that were marked buy one get one free. When I got up to the register it didn't ring up correctly. I didn't want to hold up the under 10 items line so I just paid for the salads. However I went back and double checked the sale. When I made sure I was correct I headed up to the service desk. Once I explained the situation the attendant said no problem and said it is our policy if an items price is marked incorrectly to give it to you for free. I was amazed it is not every day you get two items for free because they weren't marked correctly. So Publix you have earned my business. read more

When my parents moved to FL from up north nearly 30 years ago, my Dad used to rave about this grocery store chain in FL called Publix. He'd wax eloquently about the huge produce and bakery sections, wide aisles filled with products, and stores which were far bigger than anything he had normally shopped at. Every time I'd visit down here he'd take me to one and give me the same speeches! ;-) So when I moved here a few years ago, of course I had try Publix out and see why he liked them so much I became a fan of this location through the pharmacy, even though Publix is not my regular provider. Several weeks ago there was a shortage throughout the U.S. of one our family member's prescriptions. I had tried numerous pharmacies in the area both large and small without success, and their searches came up empty. The pharmacist here spent several days researching and finally found a significant supply for us, even though she had never stocked it before, and we had never filled a prescription here. It was her top notch service that got us through a difficult spot. This location isn't as close for me as several other Publix stores, but this service experience confirmed why we've all been customers so long. read more

Photograph the signs in the produce department while you make your selections. This is the 3rd time in a week that I have grabbed produce items based on the signage and then when it does not ring up at the advertised price, I go back and the signs have been changed. There is no way to confuse 1.99/lb white seedless grapes with 2.49/lb red grapes! Every-time a restock had happened while I was in the store with a change of signage. read more

Nice store that is clean, stocked, and well maintained. Staff for the most part is very pleasant and helpful. Customer service is hit or miss though as I had them order something in for a party once (a month in advance) and they never called me about it. When I went in an asked about it they had no record of me placing the order (found it elsewhere). Other then that I have had no real problems here and their prices are pretty much in line. This Publix is by far my favorite!!! Not only is the staff nice and helpful, but they also do a exceptional job in the Deli. I love their delicious Buffalo Chicken Dip and their Chile Lime Hummus. I've personally never had a complaint at this Publix. The staff and workers are fantastic and are extremely helpful. They've offered to hold an umbrella and walk me to my car when its raining several times.They are also very helpful when I can't find things. Overall, I say this is a fantastic Publix, its not the largest but they have the best staff. read more
