    Yesterday, we stopped by this Publix to try to pick up a King Cake, the delicious Mardi Gras King Cake from New Orleans. Not all Publix stores carry it, and you have to hunt it down once a year. We have only been successful one time in finding it in the last 6 years that we have tried. It was at another Publix store. We were in this area today and decided to try this store. No luck! We have shopped at this Publix in the past and always were pleased with the way they ran the store, which to us meant they didn't run out of the products we needed. We couldn't give them 5 stars because Publix prices are always on the high side among grocery stores.

    The moron who placed the boundary for the auto lock carts was dropped on their head as a child. I parked on the perimeter of the Publix parking lot and needed to go around a small curb to get to my car. I was nowhere near exiting the parking lot. My cart locked a fair distance from my car, and I was forced to push the cart against the lock. Confused, I assumed something was stuck in the wheel because there was no reason to lock the cart while I was in the parking lot. Down and as I touched, the wheel was immediately badly burned on my hand. I spoke to the manager, Yazo, who understood the issue of having the auto lock border through the middle of the parking lot... There are several flaws with this. I was offered burn cream.. but no other compensation with regard to the groceries that had to sit in my car while I waited for the manager to become available and then walk him out and show him what had happened. The lack of intelligence here is beyond me... I understand needing to secure the carts, but drawing the inside of the parking lot makes no sense, and I was hurt as a result .

    Where trash should be

    Usually shopping here isn't an issue but the fun times of meeting the most disgusting condescending manager Arthur, the meat manger at store 1017. Not only did his staff member Thomas, argue with me about a product I know they have, I had to involve another manager named Chris just to get Thomas to at least ask someone else named Richard who also has no clue and decided to join in with his nasty attitude, then comes Arthur, the meat manger of the department. It all makes sense now why these teams members had such poor service. Arthur walks in with his condescending and antagonist attitude escalating the situation more, tries to then project his disgusting attitude on me. I fully understand why he has been passed over for promotion. Arthur, if this is how you treat customers I can't understand why you're even a manager, considering you have zero de-escalation skills, considering your staff started it and you just couldn't wait to join in. Oh and this is the MANAGER In CHARGE for the night. DISGUSTING. I wonder why his picture is missing

    We don't visit this Publix as frequently as we used to but they always have great deals. Staff is usually friendly and willing to help. They added a new self checkout too which has helped speeding up the checkout process when it gets packed. Overall we really like this publix and the selection of products they offer

    I enjoy shopping at this Publix. The staff is always friendly and it's always clean and spacious! I have another location closer to me but prefer to drive 2 extra minutes to get to this one since the other one isn't as nice. There's plenty of parking in the plaza. As for checking out there's 2 lanes for self check out and 2 with a cashier.

    You guys should be ashamed of yourself in this economy that working families spend half a day of work buying extra expensive meat from you and almost a quarter of the package is meat membrane, is like if you as a company is making fun of customers, try harder there's absolutely no need a huge company like Publix deceived us like this , almost forget , they folded the meat so all you can see in the outside a is juicy, fresh and red cut .

    NE 146th and Biscayne - This is very large Publix with great parking. It's located next to Costco. This is the W's favorite Publix.

    I recently changed to this pharmacy because I found them through GoodRx. They seemed fine. My first…read moreprescription transfer went fine, but when I went to do my second transfer on a Monday I was told my delivery would be that Wednesday. Well, Wednesday came and I had no notification on the delivery, so I called them. They told me they would not be delivering on that Wednesday because the driver was not coming to my area! I told them that on my initial transfer, on a phone call that Monday, and on a phone call the day before, where they had told me I had no refills left, when I, in fact, had a refill left, and they wasted my time calling the previous pharmacy etc. on this issue, and then I had to call them back where they confirmed that I indeed had a refill, they had said that the delivery would be Wednesday, the next day! But they were refusing to deliver to me and I had no pills left. In the last conversation they said they would do their best to deliver that day, but could not promise that they would! I mentioned that these were pills I HAD to take EVERYDAY. And that I needed them as promised!!! I guess this got them to deliver them on Wednesday! But it should not have come to my blood pressure being elevated because of their incompetence!!! The blood pressure that the medication was to help keep in check!!! I counted the pills that I received on that delivery, and one prescription was off by two pills, when I counted them twice and three times, so I contacted them! They sent a picture of the pills with numbers on them. Well, that was fine and well, but a picture doesn't tell me that they were actually ALL put in the bottle. I was nice about it and said that I did not know about their picture but I counted ONLY 88 not the 90 I was supposed to receive. The person said they could not deliver them to me I had to go get the two pills. I live far from the pharmacy and told them I did not need them right away but to please deliver them when their driver was in the area. They said they would refund me 7 cents for the 2 pills, but they could not deliver them!!!! And then added that they did not want my business! I told them that it was actually what I was going to do anyway, go back to my old pharmacy where I DID NOT HAVE THESE ISSUES! They are terrible and their customer service is horrible for a place dealing with your health! I do not recommend that anyone use them! Sometimes you get what you pay for, and this is one of those times!!! This addition is in response to their inaccurate, unprofessional, and petty response to my review: First, I have gotten 3 prescriptions from your pharmacy and I told you this was the one with a problem. One thing is a picture and another thing is the actual pills that went into my bottle! I got 88 pills NOT 90! THAT IS A FACT!!! I told you I live far and I did not get what I paid for--90 pills. I even told you I did not need these right away but to have them delivered the next time your driver was in the area! But YOU ARE A PETTY PERSON and petty people should not be running businesses, especially ones dealing with people's health! And about the delivery...I told the truth I my review, unlike yourself! You delivered that day because I emphasized that I needed those pills and I had none and I had proof that Wednesday was the promised day. But you were not having your driver come this way so you did not want to pay them extra for a delivery that you had promised on that day and confirmed 3 times! And all this lack of consistency even though you are dealing with people's health! You are an awful person! For those prescriptions there was also lack of knowledge on your employee's part or your part, I do not know whom. But the prescriptions were transferred and I was called about a successful transfer and a promised delivery date, however, the next day when I call I am told I had no refills. Your pharmacy thought I had no refills and I was not contacted to tell me this fact you thought you had knowledge of, so I was just going to be left to figure this out for myself? If I had not called I would still be waiting for my prescriptions, for which I DID HAVE REFILLS and for which I had been promised a Wednesday delivery date. What kind of pharmacy does this, AN INCOMPETENT ONE like yours! And now you are not even acknowledging the fact that I did state in my review that the pills were indeed delivered that Wednesday after I emphasized that I NEED THOSE PILLS AND TAKE THEM DAILY, and that further, I had proof from your pharmacy on the promised delivery date!!! Again you are a horrible person and you do not know how to run a business!

Only to be meet with the worst attitude and no apology for the hold time and argued with me instead of listening. The fucking worst this the location they need to close. Oh and as I'm speaking with them I get notifications the butt wholes gave the RX to door dash and couldn't give me no details to contact them. But yet 2 Walgreens closed in the neighborhood and push everyone to this incompetent, TRASH location.

Well, finally they gave him the pain medication and we took all of my husband's and my medications to that pharmacy and we went 2 or 3 times a month to pick everything up. It is worth mentioning that the manager NATACHA MYERS always looked at us in a peculiar and strange way, the doctor had to send the 8-year record to the pharmacy and we even took my husband's drug screens that they do at the clinic every 1, 2 or 3 months so they would know well that my husband takes his medication. It is worth mentioning that my husband is under treatment for cancer although this is not what causes the pain, he had an accident and has problems in the spine as well as the cervical spine and one leg and one arm. Yesterday Mrs. Natacha, the pharmacy manager, told my husband's doctor that she did not feel comfortable giving him the medication because he does not need it, he was surprised and so was I and I just told her but , yesterday we came to pick it up medicines and you saw us because you waited until the last moment to say this in a low and calm voice, she picked up the phone and was calling someone from security or something like that for no reason, I told her lady can we go to another Walgreens and she said NO ,well when we realized her intentions we left feeling humiliated because she also has a rude way of speaking and looks at people as if they were worthless, we had never had any problems in another pharmacy we are decent and very calm people and we feel that this lady is racist since we are Latinos and I speak English but my husband not much, I really feel outraged by this whole situation, if you are white skinned. I was transferred to the pharmacy department and spoke with a male employee (possibly named Kevin). After verifying my full name and date of birth to access my account and asking which medication I had picked up the previous week, he repeatedly interrupted me and would not allow me to finish my question. Every attempt to clarify was met with condescending and patronizing commentary. I directly told him he was overtalking me and asked to finish my question. He continued interrupting me and ultimately hung up on me while my question was still unresolved. This behavior is especially concerning given that pharmacy staff have access to sensitive personal and medical information. Professional communication should be the baseline standard. For context, a female pharmacist at this same location assisted me the previous week and was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. My concern is specific to this male employee's conduct, not the pharmacy as a whole. Corporate should review the call recording from 2:14 PM on 9 Feb 2026. Patients deserve respect.

The team at the CVS on NE 185th St does a great job making customers feel welcome and invited in their store! We needed some help getting a picture printed and the lady working the counter took her time to help us and kept checking on us while cashing out other customers. That's unique in most of the CVS's I've been into. Check these guys out!
