I had a horrible experience here with people who must not want to have a job. First of all if i asked you three times were something is and you rolled your eyes at me, yes i will ask if you'd be so kind as to show me because either: 1. There's no more of that item meaning i'm going to want a raincheck. 2. I'm an idiot who just doesn't see it and need to have my eyes checked. 3. Your'e the idiot who just happens to tell me a random isle so that i can leave you alone so that you can continue talking to your baby daddy. Well, 3 was it! And after finally placing your cell phone down to check and find it 2 isles down from where you were saying, i say your'e an idiot and you really must love your job. The WORST location ever, if you or any family member wants to die. Then this is your Walgreens pharmacy. I was just on hold the 1st time 15 mins then they hung up. Called back the 2nd time and on hold for 35 mins just to stop a door dash pick up I NEVER signed up for. Only to be meet with the worst attitude and no apology for the hold time and argued with me instead of listening. The fucking worst this the location they need to close. Oh and as I'm speaking with them I get notifications the butt wholes gave the RX to door dash and couldn't give me no details to contact them. But yet 2 Walgreens closed in the neighborhood and push everyone to this incompetent, TRASH location. read more

I agree with other comments here. This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They never pick up the phone and when they do, they rudely put you on hold only to then hang up on you. Prescriptions are always delayed and never given on time. Walgreens same day prescription delivery never gets picked up on time and delivered the same day. The staff is rude and condescending! Absolute worst customer service.. I tried to call for 3 hours and I was disconnected or treated rudely by employee. I just picked up my RX and needed questions answered. I was in too much pain to go back up there that's why I tried calling for so long. Lady that works there was super rude when I told her I was already on hold for 2 hours. Place a delivery order at 5am. The order was delivered to the wrong door. Called the store five times and customer service six times before I received help. Money was refunded. This is the worst service I have ever been provided, not only are the employees super rude..but they also yell and give you attitude as if you have done something wrong. They also stated the manager who can do returns Angela only works from 9-4, any time after that they can not help you. My local Walgreens. The employee's there are very lazy, pretend to not understand what you're looking for and just say "No" to get you to leave them alone. The manager on the other hand, was the most helpful person in the store. The man, I didn't get his name, was the only one who actually helped us when we came into the store. This specific Walgreens Pharmacy location is one of the absolute WORST locations I've ever been to, even outside of Miami! The pharmacy staff doesn't care to speed things up a bit and work a little faster in order to get customers their medication efficiently. Unfortunately this is the location I live closest to, so I have to deal with them quite a bit, and each and every single time I've ever had to come to the pharmacy, the wait time is RIDICULOUS and just be prepared to sit either inside or in line in your vehicle for a minimum of 1 hour. Even if there are only 2 people in front of you- be prepared to WAIT and WAIT and WAIT! It's honestly so frustrating and I cannot believe they run their pharmacy this way and no one cares to hire better staff or train them better on how to be efficient and expedite services for customers. If you want to get really angry and flip out due to the lack of EFFORT from the pharmacy staff, come to this Walgreens pharmacy!! It's just HORRIBLE here. read more

Dump of a pharmacy. I literally spend THOUSANDS of dollars a year on my prescriptions & that is in no way, shape or form an exaggeration, and yet STILL- they simply CANNOT figure out how to order my monthly refills in a timely fashion so that I'm not stuck waiting over a week for my items to arrive in stock. I've spoken to the pharmacist, the management & everyone in between & yet STILL- they don't order my scripts accordingly, despite other walgreens that I've used in different areas that did & I never had a problem with, regardless of how 'uncommon' my expensive scripts are. I'm tired of lazy, unmotivated bullshit being told to me that does not address the issue at hand. ORDER MY SHIT IN ADVANCE SO IT'S IN STOCK OR LOSE THE BUSINESS. At this point I'm willing to drive farther to get my things elsewhere so that I don't let you benefit from my high cost items. Let them work 5 times harder & deal with 40 times the # of scripts to make $5 off of someones Lisinopril & statins instead of doing your jobs properly & making an enormous profit on the 2 measely things I get from you that allow for a much higher profit margin. Seems absolutely absurd to me but hey, we tried asking nicely & we didn't even gripe about it for over 8/9 months in order to prove that I was going to keep coming back to purchase these costly items but apparently working harder for less is your style. If I could give zero stars I would- I am not sure why I keep coming back to this God-foresaken location - even using Walgreens in the first place for years they've been messing up medications for me - either through the automated system telling me my order is confirmed and then when I show up it's not filled or them never calling me to tell me that there is a problem with insurance - constantly - this last time having waited 3 days to get my synthesis and when I show up after having spoken to them this morning - it's still not filled. Horrible horrible horrible. Their pharmacy is probably one of the worst ones I've ever been to. It's sad because you walk in and are greeted by nice employees that actually speak to you and ask if you if you need assistance with anything, then walk straight to the pharmacy in the back and you're greeted with nothing. Twice I've gone to this particular pharmacy and it was the same pharmacist Jose T., and both times he was very rude and just seemed like he didn't want to be bothered. This place is pretty bad. The employees are not very helpful. I saw a cashier at checkout and another employee right next to them the whole time. I do not think the employee was on break since they helped me locate an item so I have no idea why they did not jump on a register to take care of customers inline. Also, this place must have experienced coupon fraud or something since they do not take printed coupons (does matter even if its from the manufacturer etc). They will refuse them and claim it comes out of their paycheck (yeah right). Not horrible but not great. read more

I was excited at first by using my Walgreens photo app. The precise time told me 10 p.m. shouldn't have been a problem if the stores 24 hours. I called to ensure pictures was ready for pickup after the app informed me they was' however staff inform me that photo department was close at 11 p.m. I request the manager' manager explain system was down call back at 2 a.m. Really! This is the worst Walgreen of all!! Customers waiting in long line but only one casher open manger looks like person was at second casher but he did nothing about it.
