The pharmacist and the manager were very well educated on upper viral respiratory illnesses as well as remedies preventatives and the cautions about the vaccines being offered, True informed consent was given. Unfavorably comparing it to CVS where they did not know the first thing about the PCR assay they were using to test for COVID-19, nor do they know much about the injections they were pushing, the current vaccines being offered for COVID-19. I went to the back of the store and and employee responded to me sounding bothered and annoyed that I needed assistance. Immediately Lindsey who was also up front working looked up and immediately walk onto the floor to help me locate the product. She was professional, helpful and clear. She's done this in the past as well. She cares and is an example of truly great customer service. She's an asset to CVS. He then said "I am not going to give them to you and if you don't move on I will call the cops!"
