While I don't shop primarily for groceries here, they do have a lot of harder to find brands and great deli selections. Most things run a little pricier but not by much. I don't like to leave negative reviews because I know one person/employee doesn't represent the company, but I want management to know if something is "weirdly" off. This review is all about how Trader Joe's at the Summit went above and beyond to listen to my one concern and responded in a way that displayed excellent customer service and satisfaction. I enjoy shopping at Trader Joe's and I'm looking forward to a new location opening within our area soon. Their stores are always warm and inviting and I love their unique produce options. They are my go to for beautiful Brussel Sprout stalks and their delicious cookie butter. I know they have made some changes since it first opened, but it did feel sort of less cluttered. I say that because while the aisles felt wider, the produce less crammed, and a back corner reconfigured, I still have never mastered the art of shopping Trader Joe's. The placement of items seems so random to me, and unituitive. Why are there peanut butter cups and harissa above frozen vegetables? Why are cookies over nearly everything frozen from dinner entrees to breakfasts? It can be a little frustrating for 'compartmental shoppers.'
