Since I was in the area, I only came here to see if they had a particular brand of bug spray in stock. As I entered through the garden section, I asked a male employee who was standing by the door if the bug spray was in this area. He shook his head no. I assumed he didn't understand what I was asking for. It didn't matter, I spotted some Raid on the shelf near the pottery. I eventually found the brand I looking for which was on clearance. I also was able to find a courteous male associate to price check the item (after a female associate said she couldn't do one) just to make sure it rang up at the listed price. It was accurate. Was out of that store in minutes. I'm not sure when I will return. Decent customer service was a bit difficult to get at this location.

I tried to purchase a product that was not available at this store. I went to customer service the girl did not know how to check if other Publix in the city carry product. She at least got the grocery manager. He did not know how to check other stores. Said he can request the product and can call me when they get the product. That was waste of my time. How are employees not trained to use an application to cross reference other stores to help locate a product if it is available. Now I have to manually drive to each Publix to see for myself. This is how companies lose business to their competitors. There has to be some training done by district managers to lower management and to front store staff as well. I'm very disappointed

It should not have been difficult since all other Winn Dixie in South Florida including the Keys carries this beer in the Grocery store. Well I was unsuccessful in the store but since they have a separate store for beer and liquor they were able to assist. Which was particularly nice this week as we prepared for a Hurricane that never came. As for the rest of the store they carry everything that I need. It is nice and oversized so there is never an issue to find what you want in stock.

There were barely any eggs left from the brand I usually buy, and there was also a wait at the meat department. Once they got to me though, the rep was really helpful. Checkout was probably the most frustrating part. There were only two registers open and a lot of people waiting in line. I ended up switching lines since I only had a few items, and one of the employees was nice enough to help me get checked out. Overall, the store was very clean and nicely stocked for the most part, but they definitely need more staff during peak hours. I would probably rate this location a 3.5/5.

And added bonus is that it was kosher as is everything else in this market. I would definitely come back, especially on a Friday because I was here on a Wednesday and disappointingly enough matzo ball soup is only made on Fridays.
