I started checking out waited for her over 20mins she went to some one else that came after me I told her I had been waiting for her and voiced my opinion that she should have checked me out on full service lane since I had full basket with over 25 items she then told me that I could check them out since they were my groceries and I was in self check out[she sent me there] I told her I did not get paid for checking them out and she started to say she didn't.but saw the look on my face and did not respond I wanted to say a few curse words but didn't. She called someone else up front and I asked who she called she said it did not matter. I actually checked the full order minus a few items. This type of aggorance need to stop. The last time this happened to me was over ago when the acting Mgr refused to help me. I left the groceries in the cart and walked out which ai should have done to nite. Called the Mgr next day and was advised that anytime a customer request assistance at checkout no matter what time it should be provided and n offered a 25 gift card for my compensation. When we got to the store to pick up the food, they said they didn't have it. I was shocked, so I tried talking to the woman in the department, but she was no help because she was rude and impatient. She said they didn't have time to work in the order because they had other people to worry about. While we were trying to figure things out, she walked away while we were talking to us. I was completely bewildered with her behavior to the point we just grab what chicken we could and left.

Most of their store brands are actually major brands just in disguise with the occasional ingredient Change. Everything was clearly marked and the sale signs even stood out to you. They had a ton of products in readiness for Thanksgiving and Christmas. The lady at the checkout was very nice. The lighting in the store was perfect. I forgot how much I love a Lidl. The one closest to me is further away than I'm willing to drive and also a bit of a zoo, to be honest. It was nice to go to this one. I was able to score quite a bit of items.

All you have to do is reach in for your bread and bag it yourself. Only thing is I didn't see a way to close the bread off. That may present a problem in the summer when flies and other bugs make their debut. I'm not there for the bread . If you are into the O.G. Organic life , this is your store. Almost everything i saw had an organic option. The fruit and veggies looked fresh and bruise free. The music was on point. The aisles were clear. Round of applause to management on the cleanliness. The employees looked happy to be at work and they were helpful. I wasn't really shopping just taking pics of the store. Now I have a game plan for the next time I go!
