Upon arrival they are located in a strip mall with plenty of parking. Inside the shop it's smaller than I anticipated. The two staff/owner greeted me warmly and asked if it was my first time visiting. I told them it was my first time and they gave me the rundown of how they operated and what they offered. I selected the deals of the day and three fresh juices that are made right on site. Pricewise they are very reasonable, I am not sure how they make money.. but their prices are great. The young man who rang up my order at the register also took my bags to my car. I love the personalize service. They are open Tuesday through Saturday; on Saturdays they open until they sell out so you should always check online or call to ensure that they're still open before you head down there.

The tent may be small , but it's packed with high quality, locally grown products. The fresh fruits and veggies were beautiful, and the potatoes were nearly perfect- without blemishes I often see at the grocery stores. It takes me forever to pick out the best potatoes when I'm at the grocery store. They also offered fresh meats raised without pesticides, along with delicious canned jellies , local honey , and huge watermelons that reminded me of the ones I remember from childhood. A really good healthy summer treat! Note: veggies such as cabbage, greens and tomatoes , peaches pears , watermelon and fresh flowers , eggs , beef and honey are harvest on site . But specialty items , such as ; soaps , sea moss and jams come from regional makers ... just to name a few things. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. One team member even took a moment to thank everyone out loud for supporting local farmers, creating a warm sense of community and appreciation. That made me so happy! It's something that's been lost in this world - appreciation. Handicap parking is located right outside the main entrance, in front of the tent . Make note ; overall parking is very limited . I definitely chose the right time to go. And the lot of gravel , so I recommend wearing comfortable shoes ( especially the ladies ) since the ground is uneven . You will not like wearing heels . Some ladies had baby strollers , it's ok , but expect it to be a little bumpy. If you want great products and want to support local farmers I would definitely suggest Atlanta Harvest . The first thing my husband did was ask about the peaches. Of course that's the reason he went there. My search was for the peach preserves like my great grandmother made. I didn't stop there, I saw many condiments, salad dressings, old fashion candies. They also have a dessert eatery inside. Customer service was very insightful. Because we didn't go for the activities or petting of the animals, I can't write much about that. Overall, on my next visit I will try the famous MiMi's pound cake which they rave about. Also, I want the blueberry donuts which they only have on the weekends. Doggonit, I went to early in the middle of the week. My husband is really enjoying his peaches. A fun fall date!…read more Southern Belle Farm, located in McDonough, provides hours of wholesome fun and free parking. My wife and I arrived on a warm October day to enjoy the pumpkin patch and U-pick flowers. We arrived in the afternoon, but there was plenty of selection and nothing was "picked over." I paid $16 for a quart sized plastic vase for my U-pick flowers. They sell gallon sized buckets as well. Scissors and water are provided. Be mindful of bees in the field. They won't trouble you if you don't trouble them. There is an area in the back for you to arrange the flowers; I took full advantage of this because this trip doubled as a photo shoot. There were all types of people enjoying the farm; IG girls, families, even one couple using a wagon full of pumpkins as a baby announcement. Pumpkins range from $5-$20 each depending on size and breed. A nice young man named Luke helped us corral our pumpkins and carry them to our car. I didn't know they offered that service, but we tipped well. If you run up an appetite, they have a snack bar with fritters, ice cream, and lemonade. I'll be back next fall!

What a AWESOME experience with Eat Right Atlanta…read more Before heading into a recent checkup at Emory, I saw the Eat Right Atlanta table setting up and wondered what they were offering. Once I finished my checkup and headed back downstairs, I was so excited to see two tables full of some beautifulllll produce. I had things to do and people to see... but that produce was calling my name. So I answered! I was a bit confused at first as to the process, but one of the team members took the time to explain the process quickly and it all made sense. They offer a long sheet of paper that allows you to choose produce in single-serving sizes, prepared packages and more. The offerings seem to vary based on the day, but the offering for the day included over two dozen options! I was tempted to go overboard but ended up going with: a single-serving size of bell peppers (which = 2 huge peppers), a single-serving size of mini cucumbers (5 in a bag) and a 5-variety fruit bag where I chose: peaches, cherries, kiwis, pink lady apples and barlett pears. In total I spent $32 with tax and WOW - did I get my moneys worth. The produce was plentiful, delicious and high-quality. I was so excited to get home to eat them and find different ways to use them. This is truly a wonderful pop-up to support and now that I know where and when to find them, you can bet that I'll be relying on them for my produce needs!

I was looking for a peach picking place not too far from Fayetteville and found Gregg Farms! I went…read moreon a Saturday afternoon just around lunch time and it was pretty easy to find and drive to. The lot was pretty busy but we quickly found a parking spot. Once there, it was a little confusing to figure out where to go for peach picking as there's so much happening (food truck, ice cream, boiled peanuts, fresh produce, other u-pick produce like blueberries and wildflowers) but the staff was super nice and pointed us in the right direction! (Side note: before picking, we hit the restrooms which were Port-a-potties. They were fine but just fyi and bring hand sanitizer!) For peach picking, we paid $30/bucket which was a totally fair price for the amount of peaches we were able to pick! (My group of 5 split a single bucket and brought more than enough home). The picking was good and the staff was super helpful with telling us how to pick and what to look for in good fruit. We brought our own bags but they also offered paper bags which was nice. After, we had both the strawberry and peach ice cream! The peach ice cream was honestly pretty mild but the strawberry ice cream was SO GOOD and creamy and hit the spot after picking. Overall, such a great experience fruit picking and highly recommend if you can go!

It is mid July and tomatoes are not in? They are buying from other farms and acting like they do a great job. Nooooo, I do not recommend them AT ALL. I made my living selling FRESH PRODUCE, I bought from around the world and sold locally at the Atlanta State Farmer's Market and delivered to about 11 States. I could have saved money & time by going to Publix. W.H.
