They gave us a very fair price and the sign up process was simple and took less than 20 minutes in their office. They let us bring our own lock; no "you have to use one of ours" nonsense other storage facilities try. Our simple 3 month car storage turned out to be anything but simple though. The night before my son left campus, the car was vandalized. We thought our son would return from France and have to deal with the car repairs, but Steve and his team were so helpful and trustworthy we were able to mail him the keys to give to a friend to take it to the repair shop to have the car fixed while we were away. They even put the car into an easy to access unit for us since we had to move it mid summer. Steve was always kind and responsive when I called. He was so gracious and accommodating with our requests and was instrumental in helping us get the car repaired while we were away. I don't think the average mega storage facility could give us this level of service. We are very thankful we chose Intermountain Storage and recommend you do too.

The guy lied and said my dad and me threatened him, just because he didn't like how much my elderly dad was there and organizing his stuff. He accused him of staying a night with no proof, and then wouldn't allow my dad to get his stuff even though he was paid up for another week or so. He basically had the cops tell us we would be trespassing if we showed up again to get my dads things. It's right in the contract that they can steal your stuff if they just accuse you of breaking the rules, even with no proof of wrong doing, and this guys utilizes that for everyone he doesn't like it would seem. It's sad, and I can't imagine what he's done to other folks.

There was a bit of a snafu with their arrival time but when they arrived, they got immediately to work. They loaded and boxed and wrapped furniture, along with packing the big things I couldn't. They were loaded by lunch time, took a lunch break and arrived at my new location ready to go. The second location had steps and they all took turns getting things upstairs. They placed a big cabinet inside the very large closet of one bedroom, which was a great idea and took up less floor space in the bedroom. They were done about 4 hours later. Through the whole process, everyone was cheerful, hard working and thorough. If I ever have to move again, and I pray that I won't, I would choose them again in a heartbeat.

They called me the day before to let me know their plan for picking up the Uboxes and bringing them to my apartment. They showed up early and were already backed up to my gate with the Uboxes open and ready to start loading. They scheduled my move for two hours and finished in one hour! They carefully wrapped all of my furniture in moving blankets and packed my stuff into the boxes so that the next movers, who will be moving me into my new apartment in a new city, won't have any issues. I was so nervous about the moving process and these guys made everything feel so easy and stress-free. They went above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
