They gave us a very fair price and the sign up process was simple and took less than 20 minutes in their office. They let us bring our own lock; no "you have to use one of ours" nonsense other storage facilities try. Our simple 3 month car storage turned out to be anything but simple though. The night before my son left campus, the car was vandalized. We thought our son would return from France and have to deal with the car repairs, but Steve and his team were so helpful and trustworthy we were able to mail him the keys to give to a friend to take it to the repair shop to have the car fixed while we were away. They even put the car into an easy to access unit for us since we had to move it mid summer. Steve was always kind and responsive when I called. He was so gracious and accommodating with our requests and was instrumental in helping us get the car repaired while we were away. I don't think the average mega storage facility could give us this level of service. We are very thankful we chose Intermountain Storage and recommend you do too.

Zero stars. The only…read morething this facility is good at is raising its prices and hitting you with fees. If you have a choice, go anywhere else but Prime Storage. The former owner and staff were friendly and very reasonably priced. When Prime took ownership, they raised the price, and they raised it again, and then raised it again. And just for fun, they changed the gait access without notifying me. I had to guess! At the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak when other companies were doing their best to help people, Prime Storage was applying late fees and placing leans on their customers. When you call Greg and Sarah, they use the "It's coming from corporate, there is nothing we can do" line. When Greg offered to wave a late fee but was not available when payment was made, the late fee was not waived because Sarah couldn't do it. So, even if you have to go miles further, you will find better service for better prices if you go anywhere but Prime Storage.

I contacted 3 moving companies and Chose Affordable Moving. They were not the lowest quote but the…read morephone coordinator was very friendly and I felt like choosing their company would be okay. There was a bit of a snafu with their arrival time but when they arrived, they got immediately to work. They loaded and boxed and wrapped furniture, along with packing the big things I couldn't. They were loaded by lunch time, took a lunch break and arrived at my new location ready to go. The second location had steps and they all took turns getting things upstairs. They placed a big cabinet inside the very large closet of one bedroom, which was a great idea and took up less floor space in the bedroom. They were done about 4 hours later. Through the whole process, everyone was cheerful, hard working and thorough. If I ever have to move again, and I pray that I won't, I would choose them again in a heartbeat.
