Tried to store my RV there and deeply regret it. Many homeless people walking around inside storage facility at all times. My RV was vandalized, broken window, door bent from prying on it, all compartment locks broken, compartment doors broken and ruined. Manager couldn't care less, asked for some of my money back because I had just made a payment and was refused. Another reason to avoid this place is they have no room! They are trying to get as much money as possible but it is next to impossible or impossible to get in or out with a RV, travel trailer, or 5th wheel. Constantly raising the monthly rent in big price jumps, $40-$50 a month. They do this every few months. Try somewhere else!! Cubesmart is money hungry. And looking to bleed you dry. After looking at multiple ways to try and share this feedback via email, I've found that the only recourse of someone in their office actually seeing this is through a review here on Yelp. Since I never actually was able to step foot on the premises, I hate that this review is solely reflective of the pre-sales experience rather than onsite. I went through the whole process of trying to reserve an outdoor parking spot for a drift boat, only to be told that the the boat couldn't stay there because it wasn't registered. This boat is not propelled by motor or sail and, therefore, not subject to same registration and insurance standards by the State of Utah. They sold me a lock and the first time I go to open it the key breaks in the lock. No one was there when this happened. I called and left a voicemail about the issue but no one called back. I came back later in the day and when I explained the issue to the Manager he literally started laughing. I had to drive an extra 60 miles to come back and get them to switch out the lock and they wouldn't provide a refund. Horrible customer service. If I wasn't moving I would get all my stuff out of there and find a different storage company. The manager at this location has zero respect for customers and horrible people skills. When a customer is communicating a problem (that's the businesses fault) you don't laugh at them, you apologize and make it right. I guess the manager has very little experience or doesn't care about his job. Do yourself a favor and just go to Extra Space Storage. read more

This seems like a pretty okayish place. Probably some ways they could improve, but it's not like there are high demands here...basically just a place to park your stuff until you either leave it there long enough to decide you don't need it or it gets on a reality tv show or something or it gives you a bit of breathing room while you get yourself together for god's sake when will you learn?!!?!?? *Ahem* So rates could be a little better, but it does appear pretty secure overall, despite the area and is definitely on the list for those who don't need climate control. read more

my generator was stolen from my RV, the storage lot only has one camera and 'does not see well at night' . i guess it is too expensive to have more cameras and lights, Truly wish i would have picked a different lot to park my RV at. I am in sales and live in storage facilities. Furthermore, I have three rental units in three differents states. First, The staff at Cubesmart are very friendly and helpful.. The facility is one of the cleanest facilities that I have seen. The entrence key pad allowes one to drive up and enter password.. This is not the norm and a very nice aspect to this facility. Another plus is that the loading area is under cover and is large. Loading and unloading is a breeze and the designers of this facility did a great job.. I would recomend this staorage facility to everyone.. Oh by the way the price is right! read more

Hunter Boothe was personable, friendly, and very helpful in finding an affordable storage space at CubeSmart.

My car was broken into in this facility, and someone tried to start it with a screwdriver. The screwdriver broke off in the ignition and I could not start the car to get it out of the parking lot. It was a disaster, and CubeSmart could not do anything to help because of the papers I had signed. There were also burrs all over the ground which got stuck in my tires. I think you could store your belongings here and it would be fine, but I just got unlucky and wanted to relay my experience. read more

I had stored at U store it a few years back and loved it! when it came up that I needed to use storage again and I wouldn't have thought of using anything else but u store it. The Manager Johnathan at this location is fantastic!! He went FAR out of his way to help in any way possible. Even when I went back to ask a question 2 weeks after moving in and he remembered my name!! That personal of service is hard to find in this day and age.
