When we moved out the property manager Chelsea gave us a free chilled bottle of water (which was much appreciated we'd been moving heavy boxes in the heat) and was very friendly and personable as she closed our account. No high pressure sales tactics, no hidden fees, very attentive staff. We will definitely be coming back if we need storage in the future.

We would highly recommend Intermountain Storage. Steve and his team were always helpful and went…read moreabove and beyond for us. We stored our son's SUV with them over the summer. They gave us a very fair price and the sign up process was simple and took less than 20 minutes in their office. They let us bring our own lock; no "you have to use one of ours" nonsense other storage facilities try. Our simple 3 month car storage turned out to be anything but simple though. The night before my son left campus, the car was vandalized. We thought our son would return from France and have to deal with the car repairs, but Steve and his team were so helpful and trustworthy we were able to mail him the keys to give to a friend to take it to the repair shop to have the car fixed while we were away. They even put the car into an easy to access unit for us since we had to move it mid summer. Steve was always kind and responsive when I called. He was so gracious and accommodating with our requests and was instrumental in helping us get the car repaired while we were away. I don't think the average mega storage facility could give us this level of service. We are very thankful we chose Intermountain Storage and recommend you do too.

He basically had the cops tell us we would be trespassing if we showed up again to get my dads things. There was a bit of a snafu with their arrival time but when they arrived, they got immediately to work. They loaded and boxed and wrapped furniture, along with packing the big things I couldn't. They were loaded by lunch time, took a lunch break and arrived at my new location ready to go. The second location had steps and they all took turns getting things upstairs. They placed a big cabinet inside the very large closet of one bedroom, which was a great idea and took up less floor space in the bedroom. They were done about 4 hours later. Through the whole process, everyone was cheerful, hard working and thorough. If I ever have to move again, and I pray that I won't, I would choose them again in a heartbeat.
