rent keeps increasing I'm at $185 a month for a 10x10 it's been a couple years...not right I should be at $100 max

This storage facility is fantastic! Very clean. Convenient location. Super easy access to come and go without having to stop in at the desk. You can put your code in at the gate. They even have the option of access through the app on your phone. Great hours. I chose a drive up storage. I am very pleased with the unit I got. Reserved online. Paid online. My keys and lock were waiting for me when I got there. Easy to sign up for insurance. Code and directions sent through text and/or email. No contract. LOVED the service. All in all, I haven't had any trouble with my unit nor with the staff. They are very curtious and take extra step to help me out, even if it is just printing out a document for me. They don't have to, but they did. I appreciate all the help! Thanks. read more

If I could rate this place a no star I would. I felt that the staff were rude and kept repeating the same thing in a manner which made me feel like I was a non comprehensive child. I disliked be treated like a child and when going to get your stuff and remove your things it felt like they didn't want you to get your things and almost possessive of your belonging. It was inconsiderate and by far bad customer service. Won't rent from them again. read more

I have experienced BY FAR the worst service and care through Public Storage. This winter, the units were not plowed, and in fact, all units were blocked by 6 ft. plus of snow and frozen shut. Three times this winter I was unable to access my storage unit and when speaking to the staff I was given no answers/help, but rather handed a small shovel (approximately the size of my foot) to remove the snow blocking my unit. When spring came, the snow that blocked the storage melted and flooded my unit, ruining a vast majority of my personal belongings. Not to mention, to lock on my storage was removed by the Public Storage staff due to my door being off of the track and my storage unit was broken into in the time that the lock was removed. I have the voicemails/photo/video to prove all of the above. I went in last month to switch the card used for my auto payment and was told that I had to come into the office to do so. I switched cards and was now this month charged with a late fee, etc. because they ran the wrong card. Incredibly poor management, and customer service. Disappointed is an understatement- I am absolutely disgusted with your service. If I could pick 0 stars I would. read more
