Their outside "showroom" is extensive and impressive. One day, because I'm lazy, I bought a Toro zero point mower from Home Depot's website and, as fate would have it, Lano did the bulk of the dirty work for HD. They delivered it to my home, gave my wife the rundown of how to use the thing (we've only ever used push mowers before), and generally made me really wish I'd just stopped in and bought directly from them. My wife was incredibly happy with the way they treated her and, in true small town fashion, they sent a follow up 'thank you' card to us. Well, fast forward exactly THREE mowings, and my sweet, new Toro now stalls out before it gets going. It turns out this is a known defect involving the parking brake that many people have experienced. Lano sent a guy out to check it out, but even he couldn't get the parking brake to disengage. The frustration. For him, less for me. Still, once again, and this time with my mother in law... nothing but kindness and helpfulness. They came back out with a truck, got it loaded, and did the work for us in 2 days' time. That was a long story, but one you hopefully read. These guys do things the right way and we have been nothing but impressed. Their service department was incredibly friendly every time we talked to them, they worked quickly (and under warranty) and really helped us out. Couldn't be more impressed; they deserve this 5 star review.

In fact, it has been a month and we still haven't heard back. It very disappointing but they clearly weren't interested in our business. We went elsewhere and bought a new machine. I recommend Lano in Anoka, they were very responsive and called back every time.
