His drywall repair is seamless. Not only that, but he cleaned up after himself spectacularly when he was done. You can't tell where the problem was at all. He even alerted me to the likelihood that a slow drip from our shower faucet likely caused the damage (he was RIGHT!), AND he also found an issue with our toilet when he was working one day! Overall, he was VERY fairly priced, especially in regard to other local professionals who were 50% or more expensive on their quotes! If you need drywall work done, I would highly recommend that you consider him! He will give you that "personal" service that is hard to find nowadays!

They laid down boards to prevent damage as they drove their equipment over the grounds. They came very prepared, with a cherry picker, a clam, chipper, etc. They also cleaned very nicely. In fact, you could barely tell that a tree had come down once they were finished. In about three hours, they were finished. Steve and his crew were friendly and easy to work with. It looked like some lawn service was playing around in the wetland area and this community has had…read morea lot of issues with new developers trying to create an HOA where there isn't one, making it appear there's amenities they've refused to put in, etc. For that reason, we retained an attorney. Today, after recording them in this wetland area, I was flipped off and called names by the primary man in the photo. He literally went all the way around a few blocks on his mower to come to our yard and proceed to harass us. We advised him to leave and that we retained an attorney, provided his name, etc. Instead of leaving it be and leaving this man leaves to go get the other 2 that were mowing out there with him just to come back to our house for a second time to again provoke and harass us, as well as call me names. As you've been notified and could hear on the phone, we have retained an attorney. Everything they're doing out here has been WITHOUT consent of the residents and we are not part of any HOA, have lived here nearly 17 years and never will be part one. No amount of abuse of power with voting, elections or threats will make us become part of one either. These actions were completely unacceptable and have been reported, as will any further actions made by your company.
