There's no concrete, which would be OK if there was enough gravel. There is about 10 pieces of gravel per sq ft in the uncovered areas and about 20 pieces per sq ft in the covered spaces. Even when there is no rain there is mud. This trashes the truck every time and mud gets all over and tracked inside our clean RV. Also, width of the spaces is not wide enough to even put out your slide outs if there is another RV in the space next to you. I would not recommend it because of this. We are looking for another place.
