They do a terrible job. Three different times I've showed up during office hours. I get there and they have a big we're open sign on the door... but no one's there and the door's locked. Then I call the number on the door and instead of getting the store manager I get a customer service rep who tries and fails to connect me to the manager... again during posted open business hours. They clearly don't care about their customers. Don't waste your time or your money here. read more

If you are storing for a short time they are okay but every couple months they raise their prices and even though others raise them this company raises it $30 to $40 every time. Even if you are loyal and pay on time and never miss a payment it doesn't matter. read more

It has been months and I still have not received my $45.14 refund. I tried to avoid this by asking her how I was going to receive my refund since I paid with a credit card and I was switching to a new bank so I needed to know when I was going to get my payment. I had already opened a new bank account at a new bank and was about to close my old one. She assured me that they were going to send it in a check to my PO box. I never received the check. in October, I called and asked where my refund was and they said they sent it to my old account on October 4th. That account was closed in September. Now, it's my duty to track down this payment on a closed bank account or they won't give me a refund at all. The bank does not track payments to closed accounts and I have gotten no help. read more

Zero customer appreciation. I've been a customer of this location for nearly three years. My rent started out at 101.00 + 18.50 in taxes and insurance. My rent has gone up every year to the point it is now 159.00 + 22.93 for taxes and insurance. As of today, they offer the same exact unit for 106.00 per month. read more

The location at 2995 Gender rd SUCKS!!! My initial contact over the phone was with a gentleman who was very pleasant and professional. Everything changed once I arrived, The female working at the desk was very rude. She did not say hello. She asked my name and then proceeded to let me know that everything that I had been told over the phone and quoted online was wrong. There were additional fees that could not be discussed until arrival. WHAT? The cost was going to be almost double what I was told and had a screenshot to verify. I walked out and found storage somewhere else. read more

CAUTION!!!!! HEED THIS WARNING! At no point do you ever think that individuals would take advantage of their job. Entrusting a company with your belongings seems all but natural, so imagine my surprise when I went to retrieve my daughter's belongings and Monica (an employee), informed me that my storage unit was empty!!! Yes, you got it correct- empty. Let's keep in mind that my daughter's bill was paid, I had her keys in hand and yet I was nowhere to be found in their system! How could that be? Immediate panic took over me and I could feel myself losing control as I my emotions began to spiral. The friendliness that I experienced when opening the account for my daughter was no longer; they were rude, uncivilized, and unsympathetic with a reckless disregard for my current state of mind as well as my daughters. To add insult to injury, they made it a point to tell me that they were off the clock and needed to go home. The manager on call that day, didn't even take the time to review or confirm my concerns. Long story short.....I had to go back the next day as my daughter was distraught and I couldn't bear the feeling of not handling the situation. Motherly instincts kicked in and I had to become forceful as I could not just walk away and leave my daughter feeling helpless. I went and made them escort me to my unit. I made them unlock the unit they confirmed was "empty" and to my surprise ALL my daughters belongings were present! You cannot begin to imagine the emotions that took over my being, all I could do was cry out of relief. I immediately called my daughter and her flood of emotions and "thank you's" almost brought me to my knees. Keep this in mind: 1. They deleted me out the system, closed my account a month after I opened it-without my approval of course, so it looked as if I didn't have an open account there. 2. They cut my lock off and replaced it with theirs! 3. They falsified information and said it had been empty since November 1st 4. They said they had checked and confirmed that it was empty (they stated this at least 3 times) *Had I walked away without following my natural instinct they would have gotten away with ALL my child's belongings and the memories that she had built over the years. I would say DO NOT trust this company but I would rather say DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION as the employees felt no need to protect the company's reputation. The workers as well as the manager that was on call that day, should be fired for intentional misconduct as well as intentional infliction of emotional distress. As I am relieved that her things were there, I will never forget the hopeless feeling I felt and the pain that I heard in my daughter's voice when I had to deliver that horrible, and now found to be untrue, news! read more
