You need/want it...they have it; surf boards of all sizes and materials, skate boards sizes/materials/wheels, clothes, socks, padding...everything. The only thing that I could "use" was the delightful coffee bar in the back of the store. This alone is worth stopping in for. The quality of their coffees could put Starbucks to shape. They have comfortable seating were you can sit and watch the skate board people practice. This is truly a wonderful concept store! Best wishes and I hope to see you when we return to GS in 2019.

This skate park is located in George B Halliday Park, which has several baseball diamonds, basketball courts, batting cages, bleachers, concessions. Restrooms are near the baseball areas. Park closes around 10 or 11 pm. Skate Park is next to a ditch, shaded by large oak trees. Skate Park does not appear to be well lit, but the adjacent baseball diamonds are. There is a larger skate park in Mobile, Public Safety Park, but that is over 30 miles south of Bay Minnette.

Everyone always seems kind and respectful towards each other. Great for kids of all ages, and adults alike, too. Bring your video camera as sometimes you can catch professional athletes performing some impressive stunts. Free to the public. No admission, no charge whatsoever. Helmets are required. And recommended that you also use other protective wear such as elbow, knee, and wrist pads, too. Bicycles and scooters are not allowed in the concrete bowl. It was a restaurant/cafe and a large area portion of the store was apparels. A great selection of surf shirts, shorts, hats, etc. We liked a couple of Crop Tshirts and was pleased to see they were on sale. They also offer a Military Discount with an ID. We didn't get to see the entire store but heard there's an indoor skate area too. We have plans to go back and have lunch on another day. See you there!

Even though we didn't have a dog with us, they let us buy beers and go into the park area. They have beers on tap and in cans. It is a pretty good selection with several local options. There were quite a few dogs playing. The park looked well maintained with fun stuff for the fluff butts to play and interact with throughout. We got to pet a few and watch them have the best time.

There are even doggie bag dispensaries and a couple benches. The best part, it is in the shade, so you can bring your dog in the summer and not bake alive. Check out this great park!

Because it is right in the middle of a very large neighborhood a lot of people just walked to the dog park. But there are parking lots at either end. The dog park is just a big fenced-off Square except for the fact that they brought the fence line in and around the two big trees that should be inside the dog park. But on both sides they literally took the fence line in about 10-12 ft and then back out so that the tree was on the outside of the dog park? Because trees are scary to dogs like that? There is a very nice water feature and a poop bag dispenser and trash can. There's also a very nice light post right in the middle of a dog park as well as a couple benches for you to sit on. But other than that there's nothing but wide open space for your puppy to run and enjoy itself

Two parking lots, one by dog park, one by football & baseball field. FYI THIS PARK IS DIRECTLY NEXT TO MAGNOLIA CEMETERY, WHICH EXPLAINS WHY IT IS SO QUIET & SECLUDED. That is the only negative thing I can say about the park, the Cemetary, but other then that this park is fantastic.

Talk to GOD and get a…read moreDOG! #ReflectDogs Love & Forgiveness Okay, although this dog park is much larger than it looks, and it is definitely a solid four plus dog Star Park, it was while we were at the park, this park in particular, that the webmaster notified us that Young Lady's animal rescue charity was now up and live!! So I got an extra point for that alone!! It was the culmination of a two-year journey through well over 1000 dog parks that she took me on, so I could really see the love and forgiveness in action. This park has just about anything and everything you could want. From what appears to be a complete Forest up in the back corner too wide open area for them to run in and the rest of the park. There are plenty of water faucets and poop bag dispensers and trash cans and trees and places to sit. The people were more than friendly and the dogs all had a great time!! The Gated entry is very easy to use and has a concrete slab. There is also a nice concrete pathway that takes you out to the sitting area so if you have Mobility difficulties or are in a wheelchair, you can easily make it out to the seating area. All the wood benches have nicely carved memorials in them. The small dog park is bigger than most big dog parks. My only question would be, who decided putting the squirrel feeder right in the middle of the dog park was a good idea, don't get me wrong, I love it!! I'm just not sure the squirrels knew what they were in for when they headed down into it to get a nut!! Anyway this park is absolutely incredible and a very fitting park for us to launch the animal rescue charity!!
