It looks like a great dog park, I just cant do dog parks because my dog hates other dogs. Has two separate parks, one for big dogs and one for little dogs. The little dog park was empty. Looks clean, people actually pick up their pets waste! And I thought I was the only one who did that.

This is a GREAT dog park. I have taken my Golden Retriever here almost every single day since she was a small puppy. She's a little over a year now and loves it here! There are plenty of benches and a water fountain on each side (small and big dog side) MOST people follow the rules and have friendly, sweet dogs. You will still get your occasional scuffle but that is to be expected at any dog park. She and I have made wonderful dog and human friends thanks to this park. :)

Great spot! Our dog loved it! Big space! Lots of room to run. Off the beaten path! Makes you feel like you're in the forest!

There are walking trails that go through the woods, an off-leash dog area, and multiple mixed-use sportsball/athletic fields. On hot days, the splash pad area is the place to be, making for a safe space for kids and families to cool off and enjoy the sun. The frisbee disc golf course is one of the real hooks to the park, nicely laid out and maintained, and providing differing levels of challenge. Public restrooms are all around, the playground and splash pad area have soft landing spots, and it is generally well lit and safe all through the park. There are even several canopy areas with tables, allowing for picnics or other gathering use and mostly just to get out of the Alabama sun. Get out and enjoy the greenspace, Mobile, it's a beautiful place.

There is a small gymnasium for gymnastics in the MAWSS water tower. Parking is decent, but I have never visited on game days. ALOT of people walking and running. Park is open from dawn to dusk like all other parks in Mobile. The playground is the best of all the parks in my opinion. It is fairly busy, but not so much that would make you visit elsewhere.

So I got an extra point for that alone!! It was the culmination of a two-year journey through well over 1000 dog parks that she took me on, so I could really see the love and forgiveness in action. This park has just about anything and everything you could want. From what appears to be a complete Forest up in the back corner too wide open area for them to run in and the rest of the park. There are plenty of water faucets and poop bag dispensers and trash cans and trees and places to sit. The people were more than friendly and the dogs all had a great time!! The Gated entry is very easy to use and has a concrete slab. There is also a nice concrete pathway that takes you out to the sitting area so if you have Mobility difficulties or are in a wheelchair, you can easily make it out to the seating area. All the wood benches have nicely carved memorials in them. The small dog park is bigger than most big dog parks. My only question would be, who decided putting the squirrel feeder right in the middle of the dog park was a good idea, don't get me wrong, I love it!! I'm just not sure the squirrels knew what they were in for when they headed down into it to get a nut!! Anyway this park is absolutely incredible and a very fitting park for us to launch the animal rescue charity!!

Has a hose connected to a water Spicket, it has two picnic tables, a wooden bench, two separate single metal bleacher benches, an small awning, 2 kids dog baby water pool, dog barrel trash can for poo. Some people left open plastic jugs and plastic Walmart bags for picking up dog poo on the fence. There are no trees and limited shade. It's next to a library fire station combo. There is a soccer field and tennis courts on that small road next to the dog park. 3-4 stars. I use it often and drive there. My dog loves going. There are more dog parks around if you don't like this particular one. The people that are consistently going daily are generally nice. Sometimes park is empty, sometimes you can have up to 15 big dogs and four little ones at a time. Most owners keep track of their dogs.

The small dog area has one picnic table and the big dog area has about three seating options. The park is almost completely dirt/mud with some grass trying to grow on the perimeter. There are no poop bags, so people have resorted to typing plastic bags on the fence. The bags get ripped off and plastic bits are left behind so it look a little trashy. If you come here, you need to bring your own bags. Seems like some people just leave their dogs waste on the ground and as far as I could tell there is little to no maintenance done. This seems like a park where it is up to the community to take care of it.

Here's some big news today (August 2, 2021) The City of Gulf Shores has noticed an increase in personal chairs and belongings being brought in and left at the dog park. For the safety and enjoyment of our park users, we are going to install permanent park benches. Moving forward, in order to adequately maintain the dog park, we ask that all personal items, including chairs, be removed from the dog park DAILY. We are committed to providing a beautiful, safe, and well-maintained facility for our residents and pets. All items left in the park after August 13th will be removed and disposed of. Our fence still has some damage from Hurricane Sally, but be on the lookout for repairs to that soon! #LeaveOnlyPawPrints Bottom line: It's a great little doggie park but yo can start leaving your chairs at home and if you've left one here, come got it.

Because it is right in the middle of a very large neighborhood a lot of people just walked to the dog park. But there are parking lots at either end. The dog park is just a big fenced-off Square except for the fact that they brought the fence line in and around the two big trees that should be inside the dog park. But on both sides they literally took the fence line in about 10-12 ft and then back out so that the tree was on the outside of the dog park? Because trees are scary to dogs like that? There is a very nice water feature and a poop bag dispenser and trash can. There's also a very nice light post right in the middle of a dog park as well as a couple benches for you to sit on.
