We waited at the podium at the front door for about 3 minutes since there was a signed that said "please wait to be seated." We were then told to sit wherever we liked, but unfortunately, it turned out our server was also the bartender so she was stretch thin and wasn't able to give customers who sat at tables the attention that most servers would provide. When my friend asked if they had bottled sparkling water, she said no, but offered San Pellegrino. We had to laugh, since that is exactly what we had just asked for! When our food arrived, my friend ordered the French dip with au jus and a side salad. Well the au jus was extremely salty. I ordered the hot pastrami sandwich on focaccia with sweet potato fries. Honestly, the pastrami was so bland that I had to peel back the bread off just to make sure there was actually meat in it, it literally had no flavor whatsoever. To make it worse, nearly a quarter of my sweet potato fries were undercooked and raw in the middle. To say this was a let down is an understatement since we were both looking forward to our meals. We might give it another try but not anytime soon.

While waiting, we watch as they clear the table we're about to be sat at. Clear it, not clean it. Dishes were picked up and that was it. No wipe down, crumbs left on the table for us to now eat over. Very nice waitress came over and took our order, but they were out of biscuits and gravy. How can a breakfast restaurant be out of biscuits and gravy? Apparently, they make all their biscuits for the day first thing in the morning. So that tells me that they're serving cold and hard biscuits until they run out basically. Should be made to order. I ended up settling for an Americano omelette, and my wife got the chilaquiles. Took one bite of the omelette and it was pouring liquid out of it, to the point where the plate had a layer of liquid on it surrounding the food making everything soggy, most likely grease, inedible. Side of country potatoes were the best thing on the plate. AND they were actually seasoned, while the omelette had zero seasoning. No salt, no pepper. My wife's chilaquiles came out cold. Which is crazy, because it's fried tortilla so it should stay warm for quite a while after it's made. Also very bland and very very greasy. When the waitress came over to check on us, we expressed that the food is not great. She went and talked to the chef and comes back explaining she doesn't know what happened because these meals usually do not look like they did, and she confirmed the omelette was very wet. She offered us something else on the menu, but by this time we were just ready to get out of there. She took our full plates back and told us our meal was free. They must be use to people complaining and giving out free meals. Service was 8/10 food was 2/10. Absolutely disgusting and inedible. Will never ever be returning here and I suggest nobody else returns either.
