The decor of this bar is an absolute dream and I am so so happy we were seated in the room with the shrunken heads. We were seated at the Sebastian Bach shrunken head table which is absolutely perfect because I love that guy!! Anyways, our server was incredible and super accommodating. There's a little hidden thing they have throughout the bar that I won't disclose on here to keep your eyes out for and it is so fun!! The drinks were all amazing, their shots are so good!! The security guard(black dude) wouldn't allow us to bring our water bottles and canteens inside. Given the Las Vegas heat, I found this policy unreasonable, especially when we were simply trying to stay hydrated. I didn't feel like arguing with the guy about it, so we decided not to go in. For context, four of us had walked about 25 minutes to get there. It was disappointing to make that effort only to turn around without even getting the opportunity to experience the place. We ended up at a neighboring bar that didn't complain about water. I understand businesses have rules to follow, but the way policies are enforced and how customers are treated at the door matter. Unfortunately, this was enough to put me off visiting, and it's a shame because I had been meaning to check the place out for a while.

It could have just seemed extra crowded because about a third of this location was rented out for a private party but then again I could also see that being the case almost every game, though I could be wrong. I could be wrong but I feel like the drinks at this location, compared to their other locations around the valley, are more expensive. It makes sense, but it's also really stupid if that's the case. I had a few drinks and had a good time here with my friends but it was mostly just a watering hole before the game so we didn't have to pay stadium prices.

It's spots like this that make me want to move to Las Vegas. San Diego doesn't have cool ass 24 hour bars with pool tables, big screen tvs, darts, etc. Plus you can smoke cigarettes inside. it's a great place to go with friends to have a good time, what more can you ask for? and lots of locations means you can always find one nearby. I like this on Sahara though because it's close to the Strip and Downtown without the high prices. Even though I'm a tourist you'll often find me in a PT's Pub. PT's fails to attract us to return after spending so much money and NO LONGER COMPING food. When they were bought out they stopped offering food with your poker play of even HUNDREDS of dollars. LOL. The poker win rates are avery low. This place has GOT to be on its last legs in this town where people can go to be treated well at locals places like Martini Bar or Angry Wives, Big Dogs and more who actually feed you when you spend money. read more

I have often seen her at different bars that I have frequented and she is always drunk. She was cussing and I don't mind cussing but she was making shots for the patrons and having one herself. As she was talking I see her running her fingers through her hair and then proceeds to cut fruit for drinks without washing her hands. Now mind you, I just drink Michelob Ultra but I just think of the other patrons who get fruit on their drinks. Gross! I don't know what's going on there but I can 100% guarantee that I will not be back. There are so many other local bars near me that the convience is not not worth my time. I do have to say that Colleen is the only bartender there that I will truly miss. It does suck because I loved going there. Over the past several weeks, my boyfriend and I have visited this PT's Pub location multiple times. During every visit, bartender Chris was noticeably cold and unwelcoming toward us. At first, we brushed it off, assuming he was just having a bad day, but his behavior only became worse with each visit. On one visit about two weeks ago, my boyfriend, his friend, and I spent around two hours at the bar. We were the only customers there the entire time, yet we repeatedly had to get Chris's attention whenever we wanted to order another drink because he spent much of his time sitting off to the side on his phone instead of paying attention to his customers. For a bar that wasn't busy at all, the level of service was surprisingly poor. At the end of the night, we paid our tab and intentionally left a cash tip instead of adding one to the credit card receipt. Before even noticing the cash tip, Chris picked up the receipt, saw that the tip line on the card was blank, and sarcastically said, "Thanks for nothing." It was embarrassing, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional--especially since we had actually tipped him. Today's visit was what finally prompted me to write this review. My boyfriend and I walked in, sat down, and before we could even order anything, Chris immediately told us we needed to "find somewhere else to hang out." I politely asked why, and he responded that he had the right to refuse service to anyone. When I asked what we had done to justify being refused service, his only response was, "I just told you why." He never gave an actual reason. We have never been disruptive, disrespectful, aggressive, or caused any issues at this establishment. We've never been warned about our behavior or asked to leave before. Being refused service without any explanation after several previous rude interactions felt completely arbitrary. After this happened, I looked through older reviews and was surprised to find another customer from about a year ago specifically mentioning Chris by name and describing similar issues with his attitude and customer service. Management publicly responded that they would address the issue internally, so it's disappointing to see customers are still having similar experiences. I completely understand that businesses have the right to refuse service. However, I also believe customers deserve to be treated with professionalism, courtesy, and respect. If there had been a legitimate reason for refusing us service, I would have appreciated being told what it was instead of being dismissed without an explanation. I genuinely hope management addresses this because no customer should be made to feel unwelcome for no apparent reason.
