After suffering multiple injuries from an accident I worked with Marc O'Neill to regain my strength and mobility. I was very impressed by Marc's body of knowledge and experience. He was able to not only treat my injuries, but also explain how the body works and how to best continue to care for myself so these injuries do not reoccur. Marc himself is an athlete and works as a coach outside of his practice where he trains and conditions athletes offering his expertise in kinesiology and also learning from the athletes. The first day I met the PT, Nikita, I finally walked out with some hope on getting better. She spent a lot of time just listening to me, trying to understand all of my current health issues, and making sure I was involved in my care plan. It was nice to have a full feeling of not being judged and that Nikita truly wants to see me get better. She makes sure that every session is worth it and stays with you the entire time!
