When I first called to make an appointment, I specifically asked if I would incur any out-of-pocket expenses. I was told no and that I had met my deductible after my insurance was run. I was aware that I have coinsurance, but I have never received a coinsurance bill for chiropractors or other physical therapists. 2. When I attended, the physical therapists were double-booked. Generally there was one therapist per about 3-4 patients. I have been an athlete my entire life so physical therapy is not new to me. This is the first time I have been compelled to get my phone out and play games waiting for the PT to complete working with another patient. 3. I received an itemized bill that has different prices for THE SAME billing code. I called to clarify how I had an outstanding balance given that I was told I would not have to pay anything out of pocket. I also asked why THE SAME billing code has different prices. I was told a manager would call me back. They never did. Rather, I received another letter threatening to send me to collections. I called again today and I was told that whoever was supposed to call me back "did not see a reason to." Clearly they care about money more than their patients. The physical therapists are fine professionals, but whoever is running the admin, billing, and operations should be fired. There are physical therapy clinics on every corner in Illinois. Next time I will go elsewhere.

After suffering multiple injuries from an accident I worked with Marc O'Neill to regain my strength and mobility. I was very impressed by Marc's body of knowledge and experience. He was able to not only treat my injuries, but also explain how the body works and how to best continue to care for myself so these injuries do not reoccur. Marc himself is an athlete and works as a coach outside of his practice where he trains and conditions athletes offering his expertise in kinesiology and also learning from the athletes. As a patient, I felt I was receiving care from someone who has made this his life's work and passion. The first day I met the PT, Nikita, I finally walked out with some hope on getting better. She spent a lot of time just listening to me, trying to understand all of my current health issues, and making sure I was involved in my care plan. It was nice to have a full feeling of not being judged and that Nikita truly wants to see me get better. She makes sure that every session is worth it and stays with you the entire time! I have been to too many places that are packed and just pass you off to the next PT or assistant. This facility is different.
