The last operation was an emergency... he responded to me at 6.30 am on New Year's Eve when he was supposed to be going away. He postponed his trip to operate on me, thereby saving me from a wheelchair!!! His approach is no-nonsense... he tells it to you straight with no sugar coating. His skill level as a surgeon is beyond excellent and his care for the patient is second to none. The entire staff at the office are professional, caring and friendly. I cannot recommend this practice enough.

She answers all of my questions, makes sure my appointments are scheduled in advance, has extensive knowledge about my insurance, and makes sure I am comfortable before and after my appointment. Even if I don't arrive with a smile, I always leave with one. And if Shelby is this awesome, imagine how wonderful the therapists are that treat your aches and pains. I always feel like I am getting the best care by Conor, Emily, and Chaz who truly care about my comfort and rehabilitation. Beware of doctors who try and set you up with their own PT's. Remember you do have a choice, and I encourage you to choose McKee!

I started Physical Therapy twice weekly at McKee Therapy Specialists for range-of-motion, strength and mobility last November (on crutches). Both Chaz and Conor have treated me over the course of over 6 months now. It's been slow and steady progress, but they've given me professional and emotional support every step of the way. There have been days that I've broken down in despair, and yet always found them to be patient, understanding and encouraging. They work with you to make the experience as comfortable/relaxing (and dare I say "fun") as possible. They're the most caring, kind, compassionate staff that I've *ever* encountered in a HealthCare setting. I only wish I'd have known about them sooner. You can see how much the patients love Conor and Chaz -- and for good reason. Highly recommend them for any/all physical therapy needs. I've observed them to be especially good with younger, pediatric patients. Scheduling is spaced out nicely -- never overcrowded. You do not feel like a "number" here. They make you feel like a valued patient here. I'll definitely refer friends, neighbors and patients to them in the future. Facility: Clean, spacious, friendly, relaxed Location: North of Gaither High School, Lake Park, Van Dyke.

A couple sitting 2 seats down from my husband and I did not have one on. They kept coughing, hacking up loogies and smelled. Once they left I asked the gentleman at the front desk for some Lysol and they do not have any in the office. I was shocked. I have worked in the medical field my whole working career and there was always Lysol around. The Dr is MONEY HUNGRY. I just moved here from Texas. My pain stimulator is a little over a year old and I've had 3 blocks for my condition. He starts out by wanting X-rays. Talking about doing a block and adding another lead or replacing mine. I had the BEST Dr in Houston. I have not fallen or been in an accident. I mainly needed a place to meet my Nevro reps. He talks down to you. Won't let you talk and will tell you "we aren't taking about that right now". When he's asked a question and you're trying to explain. He had the worst bed side manners. You sit in the hall and he sits in his office at your visit. Weirdest visit I've ever had. I WILL NOT be going back to him. The reviews that's on his website are made up or he asked family, friends, coworkers or a few people that liked him to say some kind words. I use to do internet marketing so I know how that works. A lot of the reviews we would call around and ask our friends to write a review for us or create a new account and write it ourself. So when looking for real reviews look for someone that writes a lot of reviews good and bad. If they are all good then that person works for the company. Don't waste your time or money on this man. You can tell he's doing his job for money only and women are beneath him, so he thinks.

Which took a few months . he has not been my doctor long . He is pleasant to talk to and I don't feel belittled. I went in for various types of pain but mainly for diabetic neuropathy.

Dr. Brittaney Sargent is managing my pelvic floor physical therapy, an approach my primary care…read moredoctor recommended for my health condition. Dr. Sargent is among the finest and most personable doctors that's treated me. I decided to find a new physical therapist. I found Dr. Sargent's pelvic floor physical therapy practice online and was impressed with her credentials. Dr. Sargent and I exchanged several emails and then we spoke by telephone. She understood why someone would be apprehensive about having pelvic floor therapy. It's an awkward topic; one that can conjure discomforting thoughts. And yet, Dr. Sargent made the topic easy to discuss. I decided to schedule an appointment with Dr. Sargent to talk about my long-standing condition in depth. Beforehand, I provided her with extensive background information. She had read the information before the initial consultation, and she was prepared to discuss specifics. Dr. Sargent listened well and then clearly described her evaluation methods and treatment procedures. She performed an initial assessment during the appointment and then laid out a tentative treatment plan. Her objective was to improve my health in as few physical therapy sessions as possible (Refreshingly, she didn't seek to maximize the number of sessions based on insurance allowances). Dr. Sargent distinctively designed her office to be comfortable and accommodating of a patient's privacy. She thoughtfully stages her appointments so there are few other patients (often, no other patients) waiting at the reception area. The space is quiet, calming, and clean. Dr. Sargent is completely committed to my treatment during our sessions. She gives me her undivided attention during the entire session. I've never experienced an interruption during an appointment. And she makes my sessions easy because she is very personable and down-to-earth. Dr. Sargent's treatment plan for me includes a bowel diary (to track food and fluid intake and other information), realistic dietary adjustments, daily stretching, breathing methods, biofeedback (for which she has advanced specialty credentials), manual pelvic floor manipulations, and abdominal massage. Dr. Sargent has been treating me for a few weeks, adjusting treatment as we go. She is very knowledgeable about the pelvic floor and related conditions, and exceptionally skilled at physical therapy. Her advice is informative and instructive. Under Dr. Sargent's treatment, I'm having significant improvement with my health in a short period. I'm very comfortable with Dr. Sargent and I trust her with my treatment. Dr. Sargent can treat a spectrum of health complications (see bloompelvictherapy.com) and she has many treatment techniques to include in a comprehensive treatment plan to return to health. Obviously, I'm only one patient, but I strongly suspect that I'm not distinctive in my experience with Dr. Sargent.
