for anyone thinking about going to psych ward tattoo for any piercings, i would recommend you NOT! Garry is highly unprofessional. (not saying he's not licensed) but definitely unprofessional! i went to get my Belly pierced on saturday august 26th. for anyone who doesn't know, Garry uses actual rings with a ball in the middle that stops it from coming out, instead of "threaded jewelry" for all piercings other than a tongue AND he makes all the jewelry himself...(which i did not know at the time of getting my piercing done) after i had it done he told me to wash it with antibacterial soap a couple times a day and sent me on my way. the tuesday after i had noticed that the hole where the piercing was, was getting bigger, so i thought my body was rejecting it. i called the shop asked if garry was in to take a look, i was told no as he's only in the shop thursday fridays and saturday. told me to send a picture to the number i called and he'd get back to me. Whoever i spoke with on the phone sent him the picture and told him to tell me to take it out! i figured okay my body is rejecting it no big deal i'll take it out. well he uses such janky jewelry cause he makes it himself, i could not for the life of me figure out how to get it out. i called every tattoo and piercing shop in a 50 mile radius to see if anyone could help...tuesday night i ended up going to the walk-in to see if they could help, a shop i called had recommended that so that's what i did. they couldn't get it out either... late tuesday night i had got in contact with a gal named sarah from alter body piercings, to see if she could help. she told me she would love to help and we set up a appointment for wednesday! when i got there she was very welcoming and understanding to the situation i was in. i showed her my piercing and she was in aw of what a terrible job was done on my body by someone who calls themselves a professional piercer. she told me the reason why the hole was getting bigger was because the ring he had put in was not big enough for the amount of skin he pierced, causing it to pull at my skin causing the hole to stretch! i had no infection and my body was not rejecting. we switched out the ring to a actual bar that's used for bellybuttons, and what we had realized was he had grabbed way to much skin so finding jewelry will be completely difficult and the piercing is completely crooked! Sarah told me how to properly clean my piercing. which should not be done with antibacterial soap and gave me an actual cleaning solution. if i had not went to see sarah i would've taken a completely healthy piercing out and would have been out my money and what i paid for. For all your piercing needs HIT UP SARAH AT ALTER BODY PIERCING!! i am completely aware that everyone's experiences are different! but now awhile later my piercing is healed and health. read more

I got my first 3 tattoos with psychward. all different artists. the guy who did my first tattoo must've went too deep cause the pain was terrible and my tattoo actually raised up. Its still like that to this day. My second tattoo, they had me put down a $100 deposit. all I got was a flower outline on my leg and I was charged $375. my deposit didn't even go towards my tattoo like it was supposed to. So I was charged almost $500 for an outline of a flower. read more

Seemed to be friendly place as for the tattoo pretty sloppy lines unfinished areas didn't know what to shade disappointed.... in quality
