My daughter and I have been getting our nails done here for a couple years now and I honestly have never been to a nicer place. April does my nails and Amy does my daughters nails and they both are so nice!!! If I had to guess I would say 99% of my customers give me a compliment on my nails. I love this place! I am very happy with every pedicure I get here. However, their menu stated in the "Single Lady" pedicure "total of 13 minutes of massage." Cute, but not true. I timed it. IF the leg scrub is included in the "massage," then I had 4 minutes of scrub, then another less-than 4 minutes of lotion massage. YET! I gave him a great tip. Literally the worst service I have ever received. I asked for daisies and even gave them a picture and for them to be long and this is what I got. The manager did my nails and his wife did the design. The manager took over an hour to just paint them because he was running around doing everything else. This wouldn't have bothered me if they didn't turn around and use that against me. They look like a child did them. So when I requested a refund they said all they could give me was 50% off or I could pay more for a full set another day. The wife told me they "don't need my money" and to "get out" while she walked away and the woman at the front desk laughed at me. I've never been treated so rude in my life. They told me "it looks fine". It's on my hand and if I don't like it then I should be able to get a refund or them redone... TERRIBLE!! The guy doing my nails ran over my skin too many times to count and hurt ander my nail bed after I'd asked him to stop jamming his nails and tools under there. It takes a tiny bit more time to just BE CAREFUL!!! My nails look awful, they're crooked and all different lengths, they have a thick hump on the ends, the gel is dull. I got my money back. Absolutely awful, if I could rate this place a 0, I would have!!! I was in Minot over mothers day weekend and took my niece to get our nails done. When we arrived the receptionist was not friendly! Let it go as it was busy and I get people have bad days. We were called back to get our nails done, both my 5 year old niece and I were excited that we didn't have to wait long, probably the only good thing about this place. Their was only one chair, I asked if there was another, he said "no, she can just sit on your lap". Cute! Whatever, we made it work. I was first to get mine done, he cut my finger! It bled, a lot! The whole time my nails were being worked on. He got up after a few minutes and grabbed the rubbing alcohol, are you serious?!? Ouch!!! My 5 year old niece was next, he was done in about 10 minutes with hers. Glad she got to relax! We paid and left and went about our day, shopping and starbucks. Nothing extravagant! 2 hours later we got back home and she was so excited to show her mom! Well... she only had just a few fingers with polish on them at this point. The rest had chipped off!
