I come about once a year. Although the prices are high I am focusing on the other elements here. Check in my most recent time was simple as well as booking when I popped in to add a gift card to my account. The Concierge gal in back was a delight and friendly. My massage therapist was Sue and I hadn't heard of her before, but she was exactly what I needed. She found aches where I didn't know they existed and I appreciate she was looking out for my best self vs simple doing the job to get her paycheck. Careful, kind and nice! Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I worked there for a bit and all they did was talk shit and make fun of everyone. Nothing is properly sanitized (not even the tubs). I wouldn't give your money here. read more

I got a brow lamination and tint done and it was a waste of $50. It really didn't do anything and I just left with dye all over my face and brows looking worse than when I came in. Tip: just go to Ulta and buy brow gel for $15. Other than that everyone was very nice and the place is beautiful. They give you lemon water too. read more

Do not get eyelash extensions here. They lasted ONE week! I've gotten them before so I know this is not normal! I used to go to a place in Denver and didn't have to get a fill until AFTER 3 weeks. (New to the area) I'm extremely disappointed! $175 down the drain in ONE WEEK. UPDATE: They have messaged me and I am scheduled for a new set with a different technician, free of charge. I will update with how well the new set stays on. Stay tuned 11/8/19 UPDATE: I went back yesterday evening for a full set. I was put at ease when the technician started off by saying it'd take a few hours. The technician before took 55 MINUTES for a full set! PRO- The new technician was extremely nice. She was easy to talk to and I'm not one to usually keep up a conversation. Us chatting along helped the time (1 hour 50 minutes) go by way longer. CON(NOT the technicians fault)- My bottom eyelash tape kept popping up so she had to keep opening my eye to adjust it to make sure my bottom eyelashes wouldn't get glued to my top. My eyes are still pretty red because of the flu fumes. But again not the technicians fault. Just one of those things that can happen! CON- the technician was a little heavy on the glue. This morning (the morning after) I can see a few black dots on and within my eyelashes. (Please note that I did remove the more noticeable glue and it is not in the pictures) I don't like that the glue is visible as it's not supposed to be. (I'm not a technician but I've had eyelash extensions before and the glue was never visible) But if these stay on longer then the first set (1 week) I will deal with it. My experience here was great. Upon arrival, I was greeted and checked in. I was given a tour and offered a robe and some water. I was guided upstairs to a private waiting area where I met with my esthetician. I met with Sherri who brought me back to a private room with a heated bed and relaxing music. I immediately felt relaxed. I received a custom facial and it was wonderful. Sherri was friendly, warm, and easy to talk to. I received some dermaplaning, red light/blue light therapy, and dry skin treatment. I left feeling like my skin was refreshed, moisturized, and glowing. I scheduled a deep tissue massage. She didn't work out the knots I have and there was no deep tissue work done. I have heard such good things about Lor Spa and was quite disappointed. The massage would have been fine as a Swedish massage, but I didn't request that. read more

This was my First time visit. I was charged 130$ for a 40 minute massage. We were there in plenty of time. The receptionist took us to the locker room & said go to the hallway when we were changed into our robes. We did that, no one was at the desk in the hallway. There were two waters on top of our guest information sheets on a desk in the hallway. We sat in the chairs at the end of the hallway for 10-15 minutes before someone came & told us to go upstairs. Then we were shown to Our massage rooms. I asked the receptionist at front desk why we were only give 40 minute massages for 130$. She said we didn't go upstairs & they close at 8. No where in any conversation were we told to go upstairs. Upon making the appointment I was under the understanding that my massage was 100$ & when you charged my credit card I figured the tip was included. The receptionist at the front desk claimed there was no tip included & claimed she couldn't do anything about the massage time only being 40 minutes. I left a 20$ tip for the massage therapist, now I wish I hadn't since we were treated so poorly. read more

Had a facial there, not impressed. Had to go upstairs to a little dark room and crawl onto a massage table. Not very handy for handicapped people. No stool to get up onto the high table. My friend booked pedicures for the two of us before an event on Saturday. I don't normally write bad reviews, but I'm really disappointed in our experience. The spa is absolutely beautiful and the people are very nice. I had never been there before, but my friend had. For the same package we booked, she has previously gotten a couple mimosas and paraffin wax. We got one mimosa (we had to ask for it) and when we hinted that we would like another the ladies pretended not to hear us. We also did not get paraffin wax. One of the biggest disappointments was the pedicure chair. It weirdly vibrated but did not massage like pretty much every other pedicure chair everywhere else. The massage chair is 80% of the reason I get pedicures. Additionally, the nail polish colors were extremely limited AND less than 24 hours after, my shellac paint IS ALREADY CHIPPED! The only positive part of the Lor pedicure was the two ladies who did the pedicures. They were fun and really sweet. All in all, I'm really disappointed in my Lor pedicure. Go somewhere with massage chairs and where the polish is going to stay on your toes. read more

It's a very cute spa and I've had a good experience but it is very expensive for what you get. When I spend $70 on a pedicure I expect to be blown away. My massages there have been average as well, you can find something just as good for less money. read more
