I was visiting Minot with family and badly needed a fresh mani and pedi. I walked into this beautifully decorated space that immediately made me think that this is going to be a bit pricey. The space was super clean and felt luxurious. I didn't have an appointment but I was helped in 10 minutes. I got the #2 pedicure for callous removal with gel polish and a gel manicure. I am obsessed with the pastel yellow they have so I had that on my toes and the same color as french tips on my manicure. I am in love with how my french tips turned out! The total for everything was $130 so I spent $160 with tip. It was definitely more than I would typically spend in nails but I am so happy with what I got. read more

First, I saw on their website you can get liquid gel extensions which I was excited since that is my usual at our last location. When asked, the Nail tech told me that's not true and at first I was like whatever I'll do acrylics. I should of just left but I was willing to give it a try. Then I was being rushed pick a color and was Pretty aggressive when it came moving my hands to file. Shape is ok but didn't bother to have me wash my hands after filing the acrylic which is gross. This place is super cute but I think it's overpriced and low quality. I came here for a fill twice. The first time the nails were okay, i asked for some loose glitter on one nail and they got glitter on some of the nails that weren't supposed to have glitter but it wasn't too bad. By the second week the nails were peeling and I thought it was normal for the loose glitter since it was my first time, but the nails without glitter were peeling too. It didn't matter because I was going to get them fixed. I went just last week on Wednesday and got a basic black nail color and by the next day or two one of the nails bubbled up and I peeled it because of who I am as a person. This was super irritating and I wanted to go back and get it fixed but I was busy so I just let it be. It's been 8 days since I went and here's how I'm looking.. my guess is that the left hand didn't dry properly because the right hand didn't bubble up and peel... you decide. Note: the white nails lasted longer but eventually the white manicure started to peel too which has rarely ever happened to me. read more

I was there for over 2 hours for a FILL and ended up having to get a new set.., did not get close to what I wanted... she quit before she finished so another girl had to come try to fix what she had already screwed up. The shape is messed up not even filed down on top so they are sharp and rough feeling. Still had to pay full price!!! AWFUL!!!! Don't waste your time or money. RACIST! My wife and I went in for mani- peti. I had to wait an hour past our appointment time before they started. The man working on my wife's nails in the next chair started complaining about Black people. I'm pasty-white but even after I told him my [adopted] mother is Black, he kept bad-mouthing Black people. Also, the manager had offered me a 20% discount for waiting so long. However, he tried to back out of it when I went to pay. So, this is a racist, dishonest business. I wouldn't go back here. Instead of filling the nails I had on he said they were coming up so he would have to take them off. Ripped my thumb nail in the process and made it bleed a bit. Went to this nail salon and had a good pedicure experience. However, when it came time to do the manicure they were completely incompetent. They glued one of my nails on completely crooked and there was glue around my nails that I had to pick off. After my pedicure they made me walk barefoot from the pedicure chairs to the manicure chairs. Also if you want a full manicure do not go here. All they do is paint your nails. They don't trim your cuticles or hang nails. I will definitely not recommend this place and I will 10000% not go here again. Definitely not worth the $45. read more

My family went (a group of four) and got two manicures and two pedicures. One of the manicures was an acrylic refill, and the acrylics are not even. The other manicure was just gel polish. She is bleeding around the nails on all her fingers. The one pedicure is bleeding on one of her toes. Even though they were in pain, no discount was offered. Will not be going back. read more

Really shoddy work, when a customer complains they get in the customers face & yell at them to intimidate them. They don't apologize & then they blame the customer saying it's the customers fault when they don't speak up or ask questions. My fiancé went in get a fill & two ladies approached her and standing in front of her yelling at her while she was sitting down. They said they can do a new set for her, but it'll cost the same amount a new set does & not compensate her for her money. I never write reviews but sadly this one is deserving. My friend and I went in a few weeks ago for mani pedis. (I needed a pedi (regular polish) and acrylic overlay. My friend needed a pedi (gel polish) and dip powder.. we started getting our pedicures when I was brought a tray of old Christmas candy. And a package of Cheetos. We were never asked what pedicure we wanted, they just randomly started so we assumed they were doing the basic, since they never said a word to us. (We had never been there for pedicures) after pedis we got out nails done. When going to leave, I was told it would be $130. I told them I was military. They said, ok, $130. My friend was also charged $130 and we didn't even get the same services.. I was in awe at what happened and left. Went online and saw the pedicure I got was apparently $75. I also saw other women coming in for pedicures and I never heard anyone ask them what pedi they would like.. yeah I should have said something. But the entire situation was weird.. I'll never go back and I'll be sticking to my regular nail place from now on.. lesson learned.. read more

Call for appt. for a pedi. Got there and had a 20 min wait. The water was lukewarm. Asked the technician to warm up the water and they could not get it warmer for some reason. The place was filthy. Garbage on the floor, and you could see nail clippings on the floor also. Could smell what seemed to be a smelly drain. When they went to drain the water it smelled. Was here on a recent Friday. A friend and I had scheduled pedicures for a girls' day. They did an ok job. It feels kind of like an assembly line pedicure in a factory. My friend's tech was better as she was focused just in her. My tech was filling several roles and left me several times. She would do something to one foot, walk away or answer a question then not do the other side. She was friendly, though, and did offer us water or soda. Then we were left for about 40 minutes to dry. I've never waited that long. We had to ask twice if we could leave. Once they said "2 more minutes." Ten minutes later we asked again so then she sprayed some quick dry on our toes. We put on our flip flops and made to leave. Then some random guy checked us out. Here's a marketing lesson, if you want a decent tip and you're in a service industry, don't leave your customer and ensure they are happy all the way out the door. Awesome experience and close to base! I went with a friend and two little girls (ages 4 & 5) and can not rave enough about how we were treated. They have special chairs for children plus snacks, drinks and tablets to keep them occupied. They also have snacks and drinks for the adults.
