She was way to just chat with and told me what she was doing throughout so I learned and knew the process-made my second appointment go even faster! She pays great attention to detail and I appreciate the smaller hairs she tweezed when the wax missed a couple. I never go home and have to pick or find other rogue hairs-Vicky (and in sure the rest of the staff) are great! While doing so, she was very nice, but when i got home and checked, she left wax in my hair and still missed hairs in my nose and a little on my brows. I understand maybe not all hairs will be pulled but she didn't do any clean up or check to make sure she got all the hairs or that she cleaned off excess wax. Was very annoyed that i had to pick wax off my neck and back of my head hair. I would like to go again but not with Vicky. I personally believe she only has this job due to her family in law owning it. I don't want or trust someone to wax me if they barely care for the work they are doing. I asked if this was something she loved doing and she then explained she only worked there because her old job sucked. Nothing personal with her but again i will not choose her again even if shes the only available one working. She also was supposed to wax, trim and shape my brows, all she did was wax the bottom, middle and top but she did not use any scissors to trim or shape my brows, super upset when that one wax service cost 21 dollars when other places cost $12-15 for just the brow wax. Other than Vicky's waxing skills, atmosphere was really nice and clean, i loved their hard wax, didn't hurt at all, really awesome formula. There was another lady who waxed my friend and did a great job! Not sure of her name but she had very very short hair that was blonde, i will need to find it out and ask for her next time!

The Concierge gal in back was a delight and friendly. My massage therapist was Sue and I hadn't heard of her before, but she was exactly what I needed. She found aches where I didn't know they existed and I appreciate she was looking out for my best self vs simple doing the job to get her paycheck. Careful, kind and nice! Always nice to have the robes and water and such. That way you don't mess with your own garb.
