Needless to say, the quality of service is subpar at best and our roof has been leaking since then. We've called, texted, left voicemails, went through our Realtor to reach out to have SOMEBODY come out and repair the leak from the roof. We are STILL waiting for them to even SHOW UP and examine this issue! It's literally been 6 months and they NEVER came back to the property to fix the problem! This is truly the worst experience we've had with any contractor. Needless to say, there's still a leak and they have yet to HONOR the 10 year warranty! We've contacted the BBB and our family lawyer to handle this because we've exhausted all other options at this point. My husband HAS MET you during the roof installation sweetheart. Not sure what ME meeting you have to do with you NOT HONORING YOUR WARRANTY. Do you need me to upload the contract on here to show how "fake" this review is!? How convenient of you to have sooo much time on your hands to respond to this NEGATIVE review when you've canceled on yet ANOTHER appointment you made with us to look at the roof. Our experience with you has been EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and that's been proven in text messages and call-logs and the lack of repair for months!

Shannon originally did a full…read morereroof for us back in 2018, so when we recently started having some issues with our home, he was the first person I had in mind--and I'm so glad I called him. Shannon went completely above and beyond to help my family and thoroughly investigate what was going on. He was incredibly thorough, checking the entire roof system and going deep into the attic cavity to carefully track down the source of the issues. He took the time to actually look for the problems rather than just give us a quick answer. He was honest, incredibly compassionate, and immediately secured an emergency weather tarp over our roofline fascia to help stop active water from getting into our garage ceiling. He didn't push a fast sales pitch he took the time to investigate, explain what he found, and give us real, data-driven answers. If you want a roofing expert with true integrity who genuinely goes above and beyond and treats your home like his own, call Shannon at Rockeys Roofing. 10/10 stars!

Let me see, where do I start? I have read the other reviews…read moreand am glad they did a good job on single family homes. However I have a different story, this was a 4 story build. There were multiple issues, A wheel barrel thrown off the roof of the 4 story build. Tar got into the ac condensate line that 3 of the 4 units had to have the walls cut open and the pipe changed out. On the first floor we had to have the foundation of the residents patio dug up to get the condensate line replace under the patio. Rocky said it was not them. They also closed off one of the mansard hatches on the roof. Their office could not get the invoices correct they had the build numbers and invoices missed matched, and after I sent them copies of the invoices they sent us and gave them a copies of the checks we sent to them their office still could not comprehend the invoice was paid, they even threatened going to court, I was ready as I had all my paperwork in order (it never went to court), I even offered to go to the office and help them out. There were a total of 4 buildings that were 4 stories that were contracted with Rocky to re-roof. There were 2 fires that got out of hand from the tar pot and the fire department had to be called. Im glad that the people that hired this company for a single family house we satisfied However I would not recommend this company for anything over a single story. Do your homework.

He took the time to explain our options and the process, then provided a competitive quote. He was knowledgeable and addressed any concerns we had. Brandon, as the project manager, was fantastic. He was in constant communication with us and advised what was happening on a detailed day to day basis. The workmanship of the installation team was outstanding, and the crew paid close attention to detail while keeping the job site clean and organized. Numerous neighbors commented that they had never seen a roofing job that was as organized and as clean as ours. The new roof looks fantastic and I have every confidence in the quality of the installation. The company also provided great followup, including several inspections including a final walkthrough to make sure any remaining debris (nails, etc) were cleared. I highly recommend RHI Roofing to anyone looking for reliable, honest, communicative and skilled roofing contractor. Thanks to all involved for a job well done.

We got a couple of estimates and Earl Johnston was in the middle. I liked the warranty that the manufacturer offered and having used them in the past made it an easy decision. They have a pamphlet you can look at to select the color of shingles that you would like, in addition to giving you some addresses where they've installed the color so that you can see the color on a house to get a better idea of what it would look like. There was a long delay before the new roof was installed, through no fault of Earl Johnston. The delay was with the city approving the permit. Once the permit was approved, everything went quickly and the new roof was installed within the week. They had a demo crew & installation crew who were good about keeping you informed of what they were going to do. They took TONS of pictures during demo showing you how the tar paper was placed and rotten wood that was being replaced. They covered the lawn with some type of covering so that pretty much all of the debris fell on that rather than all over my mother's yard. They even cleaned up after themselves after the job was done! I'm glad that I don't have to worry about my mother having another roof leak and am very happy with the work that was done.

Last week I was told by one of their representatives that he would be coming back on a specific day. I waited all day and no one showed up and what makes it even worse is that despite my speaking with the estimator and he assuring me that all would be taken care of, they are now saying that this was a favor (unfrigginbelieveable) and was not part of the original work. If you have a small job, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, the miscommunication, lack of respect and blatant lies were impossible. I just told them to forget it. I have decided to work/pay another company to try and solve the same leak that was supposed to have been fixed several times becasue it is better than dealing with them again.
