I really fell in love with this place. I'm sure you'll find whatever you're looking for. They also have rotating deals monthly so something to keep an eye out on! Very attentive and helpful service from everyone I interacted with during my visit and a special shout out to Persephone for the great recommendations and Art chat! McAlister took only 2 days, and only 12 dollars for both prints and digital photos! So happy with the speed of service and the kind employees. I reached out via phone September only to be told it's been so long your rolls of film were blank we might have them for you to pick up if you want them. We paid $103 upfront. I said I want them to confirm and I get money back you told my husband. Husband went to pick up and on the phone I was told $40 I would receive back on card. I only received $34.20. Nothing on the documents given stated this. I think it's ridiculous to run a business like this. I would not recommend this business for anything picture related. Jude

He kept telling me he was going to send the lens right out, but after 3 and a half months, he stopped responding to my messages completely. I had to file a charge back on my credit card because he wouldn't even respond when I asked him to refund me if he wasn't going to send me the lens. I left comments on his Instagram (where he originally approached me) politely asking him to contact me, and he deleted them. He doesn't even live in Ohio anymore.

Multiple attempts at contacting the Columbus Film Lab (texting both numbers, calling, emails, social media) have resulted in either no response or less than helpful responses. Currently in a dispute over the credit charge when I'd rather just have my film and my scans. If you're not from Columbus and your film is important to you stay very very very far away from this company.
