About 5 years down the road I met a friend with the same goal to get Rhinoplasty and since we shared the common search we started to go on SEVERAL consultations together. I knew from my first interaction with Dr. Agarwal that I wanted him to be my surgeon and I also did extensive research- I found nothing less than satisfied clients from his extensive portfolio and nothing shy of impressive accomplishments at even such a young age- I was confident in his skill and talent and I'm happy to share that I'm so pleased with the results of my rhinoplasty that I had with Dr. Agarwal in 2021. It took me two years to save up the money, I had a series of appointments to cover all the basics.... and also, for me to express my anxiety- his response to my anxiety is another reason I'm writing this review because he was extremely supportive and professional in not crossing any ethical boundaries with guiding me through this experience. This is very very significant when you're in such a vulnerable situation. Thank you so much! -to him and his staff for making this all a pleasant experience. I recommend Dr. Agarwal for Rhinoplasty for he specializes specializes in Rhino.

The neck results were ok but the smile lines remailed. At my second exam, to discuss my forehead operation and have my deep lines removed, I asked Dr Casey "again" to get rid of my smile lines. I was very specific, " Dr can you remove my smile lines? " He looked me straight in the eye and said " YES". $20,000 later, I still have my smile lines!!!!! Along with a dark and deep forehead line. Then, he gives he the " definition of insanity speech." Which was totally absurd since he never did it the first time. And then he gives me the " I did the best I could excuse ". I paid for results, not excuses. I WISH I READ THE OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE I WENT WITH Dr. Casey. I could go on and on but what's the point, what's done is done. Robert P.

I am a young 40 year old with a small chin, since the surgery I now have Marionette lines. I always look sad and angry even when I am just normal. My face also looks very masculine now. I know I needed a larger chin, but the width is very masculine. I am so thankful that we were mask around, but I was hoping with a $6000 bill that I would look amazing. Not the case. I feel the surgeon should have refined the implant before placing it. I also was asked to pay and they would bill my second insurance. Both insurances paid, but they never sent the fund. When I followed up, they said they never got it, but my insurance said the check was cashed. So I wasn't happy with the double dipping.
