There are doctors out there that use just the needle and that is primarily because they have not been trained in the use of Sculptra with canula. With Sculptra you have to go deep and it is a very precise technique and it takes a very precise doctor to accomplish the results you are looking for. I immediately saw my results even though I know with Sculptra they disappear in 2 days but gradually grow back over the next 2 months give or take. I have to admit I looked beautiful after the initial swelling went down. I am a 68 year old woman with light eyes, blonde hair and very fair skin. I have a elongated face that is great for Sculptra.
