He then discovered that the Ameren contractors messed up and crossed our wires. He corrected Ameren's mistake and and called Ameren himself and waited with me until Ameren came out to verify and restore power. As it turns out, when the Ameren contractors hooked up the wires incorrectly it destroyed some of the electrical items in my home. So I also had him come out and replace our bathroom fan and a GFCI that Ameren's people destroyed. He was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. I needed a person to look at my home electrical. My water heater fried so bad it had flame marks all over the top. The plumber said I needed my electrical box checked out because my breaker didn't work and could of made my home burn. So I waited a few days for the plumber. But he came right on the time he said he would come. Then after him telling me that I need everything checked out. I called to get a person to check the electric. Casey answered the phone and said he would be at my house at 7:30am. Well at 8am I called and left a message to call me or text if he was coming because I needed to let my work know when I was going to be there or if he wasn't coming I would just go to work. NEVER called back. I have called 5-6 times over the day and no returned calls. I am not a mean person so if he would of called or texted and said something came up I would of been ok with that and we could of found another date or I could of called someone else. But no no calls or text. I think this is so low. I would of worked with him but I needed my electric checked out so my house wouldn't burn, So I can take a shower and run my dishwasher. but I can't. I had my hopes up that I wouldn't have to go the guy to shower. I explained all of this to Casey. When someone or business gives you their word and then puts you in more of a bind, that isn't good. Now I have someone coming I hope on Tuesday. Wish me luck. But Casey isn't a man of his word. Sorry to say.

(I'd give them 100 stars if I could!)…read more We met Jason earlier this year while purchasing a home that needed a total rehab. We were ready for him to replace the entire HVAC system right away, but because of his experience with rehab homes, he advise us to wait until all the dust settled first -- a very smart suggestion. Here's where you really see how much he cares about his customers: Jason told us about upcoming changes in the HVAC industry that would make new units more expensive. He suggested we buy the unit early to lock in the lower price, and he even offered to store it for us until we were ready for installation. Six months later, when we were finally ready, we coordinated everything with Laura, and the timing couldn't have been better. Jason and Cory also handled our whole-house vent cleaning -- and thank goodness we took his advice to do that before installing the new system. His team showed up right on schedule, worked efficiently, and did everything as professionally as possible. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend -- truly a 100-star service!

Bill Campbell- My Honest Accounting of My Experience My…read moreexperience with this company has become a credibility issue more than anything else. I was told I would receive a text when the technician was on the way -- that never happened. For them, that seems to be "no problem," but for me it meant I had no chance to be present, observe the work, or verify anything firsthand. From there, the story kept changing. I was first told the technician ran the furnace for 10 minutes, then later that he ran it for almost an hour, and now I'm being told it was 48 minutes but they round up. These explanations cannot all be true, and the constant shifting makes it hard to trust what actually happened. When I arrived shortly after the technician left, the furnace was running with no heat, the same intermittent failure pattern I've been dealing with all week. Nothing was diagnosed, nothing was resolved, and the system was left in worse condition than before. When I spoke with the supervisor, I was offered a return visit -- but only if I paid another service fee and hourly rate. The suggestion was that "we can watch the furnace all day," but at my expense. Meanwhile, I was already charged for a full hour even though the technician was reportedly there for 48 minutes. If they're rounding up, it raises the question of whether I'm entitled to the remaining time I paid for. At this point, the pattern feels less like a repair‑focused service and more like a replace‑the-unit operation. When a company can't keep its story straight, doesn't follow through on basic communication, leaves the equipment still failing, and immediately pivots to more charges or the implication that replacement might be the next step, it's hard not to feel like the goal is selling a new furnace rather than fixing the one I have. This is simply my honest experience and how it comes across from my side.
