I called to ask about a part for my A.C. that was ordered and to be overnighted with another…read morecompany already that my cousin was keeping if I didn't need it. I called to see if they could get it that day since my A.C. went out. The guy I talked to said that it would be expensive due to it being a "same day emergency delivary". He told me it would be about 85 dollars. The other place with overnight charge was 45 and 15 of that was overnight delivery fee. He then began to say "well why would you do that to someone"? As if to say I was screwing the other company over and I may do it to them without even asking questions to find out why and just assumed the out come. He was very rude. I have worked in parts before for a good while. His mark up was way over 30%. I know better. Quite honestly I couldn't believe he was talking to me that way. Welp needless to say I did use the part that was ordered and they lost the sale because of it. I had heard they are a rip off but wanted to give them a shot. Now I know. Avoid these people at all cost, which is much higher than everyone else apparently.
