Not only have they guided us through each step with great professionalism, communication and care for details, they also provided a top-notch presentation of our home, which resulted in immediate offers above asking price. In contrast to other brokers who were solely focused on Dollar per sq/ft numbers and "comps", Heather and Steve 'got' our home from the start and were able to sell it well above the estimates the other brokers gave us. We simply could not have made a better choice! If we could, we would give them a bonus star for also just being awesome people.

He kept us informed without flooding us with noise, answered questions quickly, and walked us through the parts that usually stress people out: pricing, showings, offers, inspections, and timing the two transactions together. When something came up, he stayed calm and explained the options clearly so we could actually decide instead of guessing. What stood out most was that he treated both deals with the same care. Selling and buying at the same time is a lot, and he handled the moving pieces so we didn't have to chase anyone down. We always knew what was happening next. She successfully helped me outbid two other offers so that I first and foremost got the house! That was just the beginning. She took me from start to finish with professionalism, support and compassion. I have bought and sold many homes over my lifetime, but I have never moved more than a half hour's drive from my current residence. This move is across the state, and I needed someone to essentially be me as well as my realtor because I couldn't be there every step of the way. Kendra was that person. She handled everything. She caught several issues during the inspections that I never would have noticed, addressed them and made sure they were corrected. She made sure that I knew when documents were in my in box so I didn't miss a single thing. If I texted her with a question, I got an immediate response. As if all of that wasn't enough, she then helped me start the process of making the house my home by connecting me with reputable contractors, window covering businesses, landscapers, etc. I highly recommend her! Moving is one of the major stresses of life, and Kendra will eliminate a lot of that stress!
