I ordered online and the food was delivered Monday. Delivery was super easy, the delivery person texted me and let me know when they would be there. Also could have left a cooler out for no hassle. The food is amazing so far! The first thing I tried was the Peanut Crunch Noodle Bowl. I am not vegan, and you forget how filling vegan food is! One serving easily turned into two for me, and it was absolutely delicious, I was scraping the sauce out of the bowl with a spatula. I will absolutely be purchasing again! The only reason I'm writing this review instead of ordering online right now is because I will be out of town on Monday. Can't wait for the following week to see what's on the menu!

I saved 60% on my total bill shopping at Cash Saver, even factoring in the 10% to the total that Cash Saver adds. I decided (on a whim, and just for fun) to try this little experiment again. The only thing Cash Saver had that wasn't available at Hy-Vee was egg nog. I substituted egg nog (1.96) for eggs at Hy-Vee (1.99). Otherwise, the Best Choice store brand was switched to the Hy-Vee store brand, national brands stayed the same. Here is my total: 34 items, Cash Saver 63.85 34 items, Hy-Vee 128.35 -0.03 for egg nog THIS IS A TOTAL SAVINGS OF 64.47! And, that is also accounting for the 10% added to the total. I have never had an issue finding what I need here. I love this store. Before you dismiss it, learn your way around the store. At least try getting your staples here. Sometimes I see expired products, just let the manager know.Its because not a lot of people are shopping here, and that's a shame.

This female employee often gets on the intercom announcing to all employees to stop doing what they are doing/stocking shelves cutting meat from the meat dept. etc. and get carts from outside while she doesn't help poor customer service not a good example.

You don't need a container cause they will supply you with a bucket. Keep in mind you are picking your own berries in bulk. We took the drive out from Ames and south of Nevada to check it out. They normally bring their berries to the Saturday morning Farmers Market but we were on an adventure. We stopped at the main little station and got the skinny on what to expect. The gentleman was blunt and straight up. We got a map, told where to go and what to do. This place is huge. Lots and lots of berries to be picked, but we were most excited about the blueberries. We had arrived in the perfect time as there were many to be had. It was a very warm early July day and the sun was high and berries ripped to be picked. My Mom and I parked and walked far out into the patch. We found some really decent sized berries and enjoyed the peace as we collected our bounty. I love that I know exactly where my food is coming from and I can even taste the product before committing to the plant. We made our way back to have our selection weighed and paid. There is also a little shop you can stop in and have a treat made from the berries on the property. I couldn't keep my hands out of my blueberries on the way home. I thought they tasted delicious. I would recommend this to anyone who is out for something a little different. The kids would really enjoy helping pick whatever you could desire. I thought it was interesting cause I will be honest and did not realize how a blueberry bush grew and learned something by visiting and taking on this new experience. You will find a fenced in patio area available to eat you treat at as well. The guy working the shop was friendly enough, but my interaction with him was limited. They have a bunch of signature and rotating/seasonal cinnamon rolls such as Strawberry Fields Roll, Berry Crumble Roll, Tropical Bliss Roll, Caramel Apple Pie Roll, and Campfire S'mores Roll. You can also get a traditional plain cinnamon roll. They also have soft serve, brownies, cookie dough, king cake and ice cream floats. I got a Snicker Salad.
