I only go here for the homemade cinnamon rolls which used to be made on Saturdays but now you can't hardly get them. Not sure if this is because of the pandemic or they don't make them anymore but I haven't visited in about two years or more because I got tired of driving there from New Rochelle on a Saturday morning for some nice hot cinnamon rolls only for them to not have them. They also used to have them premade so all you had to do was hear them in the oven but lately they didn't offer those either. read more

This bakery is so disappointing. You used to be able to walk in and see a case full of delicious things and now the case is close to empty and what is there is not fresh. I just ordered a cake and there were few options of what I could actually get and the cake was so dry. I was embarrassed to serve this to my guests. The cookie I bought was not fresh either. Went here because I'm student teaching at the school. People recommended the place to go on my break and I haven't stopped going. The quality of everything is so high. Even the salad pieces have been sifted through so there isn't one wilted leaf. The chicken, soup, and even croutons are all handled with extreme care. The place is immaculate. Plus! This place is small but so warm and comfy, it radiates warmth. I'm weird I do not like sitting alone but here I sit on the stool by the window and eat my food while watching people. So happy I was referred to Provisions for my birthday cakes (that's right I said cakes, don't judge). Not only were they designed exactly as I wanted but each were delicious. I had a lemon cake (for my non chocolate lovers) and a chocolate cake. Both were equally as awesome and received compliments all around. Word of advice...follow the instructions given- leave the cake out to room temperature for at least an hour to hour and a half before serving. You will have sweet moist cake if you do so ( I have had their cupcakes right out of the fridge so know the difference and will follow their instructions always!) read more

Love the sweets at Provisions. Their specialty cupcakes are the best. I remember a lemonade one in the summer and the apple pie one in the fall of last year as being especially delicious. A nice place to sit, enjoy a meticulously crafted baked good, and drink a cup of coffee while reading at one of their small tables. It's usually quiet, with people picking up cakes and other specialty orders. (I think that's where a lot of their business comes from. I've never placed a major order like that, but have only heard great things.) Lunch wraps and sandwiches are also delish. A lovely little place. read more

Special ordered 30 cupcakes last March, absolutely perfect in every way. Buttercream was delicious, they were meticulously frosted, and the cake was light yet moist. Ordered a dozen for the Superbowl. These were flat cupcakes, much smaller than those purchased in March, they were dry as if they were frozen and thawed, The buttercream was terrible, tasted completely artificial. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. I have not tried a cupcake, tart or cookie from Provisions that I have not loved. Great personal attention from the owners also. But, what is absolutely fantastic are the pies they make, particularly the wild turkey pecan pie. This is the best I have I had -- the slight touch of bourbon makes it special. If I could give no stars, I would. Ordered a custom designed cake, a week in advance from when I needed it, went to pick it up at the specified time-- store closed. Stored remained closed as I sat outside and waited for 20min. The person I made the order with finally arrived after 20 min-- NOT A WORD SAID TO ME!!! She disappeared into the back, not to be seen again. Now let's talk about this cake design-- it looks TERRIBLE. She told me she could make/ design the cake exactly as I showed her in a pic. I took the cake and left-- angry, disappointed, unsatisfied and feeling very disrespected. Victoria is an extremely talented bakery artist. She created my daughters beautiful rosette cake along with cookie souvenirs for her bridal shower at NYAC at Travers Island last weekend. The cake was a 3 layer buttercream with strawberry filling and "Tiffany" blue rosettes in buttercream for the outside. It was spectacular and everyone was commenting on it. In addition she created heart cookies with my daughters name and bridal shower date. She nailed the "Tiffany" blue color to complement the showers theme. I would recommend Victoria and Provisions to anyone looking for an exceptional cake for any event. You won't be disappointed. Absolutely a pleasure! read more

We have used Provisions for many of our most important occasions! Not only are the cakes absolutely delicious, but so creative and beautiful. Every time we came in with an idea, she nailed it and it came out beautiful. And they are so friendly and easy to work with. I stop by sometimes just on my way home from work, just to pick up a delicious cupcake for the kids (and us) and they have homemade Mallomars that are to die for You will never be disappointed. I ordered a birthday cake and 3 dozens mini cupcake. I'm quite disappointed with the red velvet cake, it was very dry and for $55 I was expecting it to be good quality.. There was very little frosting inside the cake.. For the mini cupcakes, I ordered vanilla and chocolate but again they're dry. They're $ 1.50 each, and it came without the cupcake paper..they should have told me it doesn't come with the cupcake paper I would have bought one for that.
