I went round from Home Depot, to Home Hardware and other various key cutting service providers who only tells me sorry, I cannot duplicate your keys. Someone provided me with A- OK locksmith service contact and I emailed first. I received prompt response and I emailed copies of pictures of the keys that needs to be duplicated. When I met Steve, he knows his stuff and didn't need to wait long. I would recommend his services anytime hands down. If someone can get things done without stressing you out, during these times of covid-19 and not overcharging with an honest good service... You appreciate them and would recommend them hands down. Thank you!

After doing some research I came upon Designer Deck and was excited to learn that the installation process was quite simple and very affordable. The entire process from my first inquiry through to the day of installation was smooth and efficient. Dave Spiers was helpful and also very responsive to my email inquiries. He was communicative throughout the process so I knew exactly what was happening when. In addition, both he and his installer James were punctual and professional, which is truly rare in the contractor world, and I really appreciate. James did a great job with the install and I couldn't be happier. It's a small space but now I actually enjoy sitting out there. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. If you're thinking about it, do it!

I hired Rod and his team to do an addition on our home. It is an older home so it's to be expected I guess. Our project took approximately six months , Rod was always there and answered every email phone call and text message . We paid good money for what turned out to be a very disappointing roofing job. The workmanship was…read moreunprofessional from the start. When the roof was completed in 2022, I immediately contacted the company because the shingles were crooked and hung unevenly off the edge of our house. It looked sloppy, and I wasn't happy with the quality of the work, so I left an honest negative review. The company responded and said they would come back to fix it. Instead of properly correcting the workmanship, they simply cut off the overhanging shingles. We later discovered that the cut pieces, along with other roofing debris, had been left inside our ventilation system, causing additional damage, cleanup, and expenses that we had to deal with ourselves. To make matters worse, we found hundreds of roofing nails scattered throughout our driveway, yard, gardens, and around our home after the job was completed. This created a serious safety hazard for our family, our pets, and our vehicle tires. A professional roofing company should take the time to thoroughly clean up after a job. The roof still looks poorly finished, and what should have been a straightforward repair ended up creating even bigger problems. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company. We paid a significant amount of money expecting quality workmanship and professionalism, but instead we were left with a poorly finished roof, debris in our ventilation system, hundreds of nails around our property, and additional costs to fix problems that never should have happened. Please do your research before trusting this company with your home.
