Numerous forms had to be filled out and notarized in order to transfer a trust account to my control, and at least three bank employees stayed 1 hour after closing to complete the transaction. All notarizations then and since have been given without charge. The same is true of medallion signature guarantees, which are difficult to get; and good-looking checks have been complimentary as well. The only downside is that the interest rate given on interest-bearing accounts at this time is minuscule--which is true of banks everywhere at the moment. Bank staff members from bankers to tellers have been very friendly and pleasant to deal with, besides being professional and efficient in carrying out their tasks. So, if you are not going to hide your money under a mattress, and have need of a bank in the Riverside, California area, you might as well deposit it in an account here.
